I definitely give this 5+ stars! This thing did everything I needed it to do and works as good as the industrial ones you rent I am very pleased with it definitely worth every penny spent! I purchased while it was on rollback which was a great price! We have tried many different carpet cleaners and none of them have satisfied us so this one is the winner! If y'all are looking for one to clean your couch and floors this one is it! We were also able to actually run the whole thing across the couch so it could be heat steamed as well! Super light weight and just so happy with this machine!

I bought this item used at one time and then the brushes on the front quit working and now all you smell is burning rubber

I didn't buy the “ purchase protection” because Bissell had always been a quality and trusted brand in the past. This product, however, is NOT of normal bissell quality. The plastic tank broke apart on THIRD use…and it's definitely not worth the money. It cleaned one room well two Times ….the third time, the plastic Tank broke apart and I had to duct tape it to try and get it to suck up the water the third time: didn't work. Waste of money!!Marnie

Having pets with long fur, this machine made cleaning it so much easier with the removable front cover and little plastic tool that got everything out of the crevices and around the roller. Only 2 of 4 screws were taped onto handle, the attachment leaks air/water, I used DUCK TAPE, around the attachment, but as it gets wet, it leaks again. So I cannot insert or connect the hose holders, it's a bit of a mess. can I get a new attachment, maybe a seal is missing insid3e it, the 2 shorter screws?Elle

5.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser06/18/2021Great GiftMy daughter bought one and loved it, so she gave one to me as a gift about 2.5 years ago. I've only used it twice. The first time it did a really good job on my carpet but I was less than impressed with having to keep changing the water and I thought it left too much water on the carpet, which took forever to dry. I just used it 2 days ago and was really blown away at how much better my results were this time around. First, the two issues a few years ago were my own fault, amateur moves. This time I prepped the carpet by thoroughly vacuuming with a much better vacuum than before. This time I used a Shark Liftaway (which my daughter also gifted to me and in my opinion, is the best vacuum in the world, even better than Dyson, Kirby, and others. I've used them all). Wait, is she trying to tell me something? Second, I sprayed less water and made sure I sucked up what I did spray. I finished cleaning about 10:30 pm and both rooms were completely dry at 6:30 am the following morning. I cleaned 2 18x21 rooms and it only took 2 tanks of water. I had some major league stains that required the scrub brush, and the Bissell removed them all. I was going to have the carpet removed, but it lives to see another day thanks to this workhorse. It looks professionally cleaned. Next up, the sofa!! I'm about to go on a cleaning frenzy. You should buy one or have a nice daughter to gift you one :)Karris
