Best mop
I love this steam mop so much. It's so convenient and easy to use. I like that it cleans my floors, without any use of chemicals. It gets hot fast and always leaves my floors looking very clean. I do wish the cord were longer, but overall no complaints.

Not thrilled with this mop at all. The handle doesn't stand up like the Shark mops and if you need to let go you have to lean it (and usually falls over) or put the handle on the floor. While it seems to get nice and hot this mop also puts out too much water and the floors get sopping wet. It doesn't allow you to wrap the cord securely either. It's also inconvenient to have to lie flat to fill the tank. I didn't love the pad and if I kept this, I would get a pad that's thicker and more absorbant. Not my kind of mop.

    Awesome product.
    I absolutely love the steam mop!! It has made my life so much easier over the last few weeks! I'm a stay at home mom of four and have two pets so I'm always looking for simple, fast ways to clean my floors! This checks the box on all of my wants and needs! It's really slim and lightweight so I am able to fit it in my closet really easily to hide it away. I love that it gets all those hard to reach messes that my kids or pets make with ease!! I am super pleased with it and definitely satisfied.

    Get the grime and residue out of your floors!
    I had always loved the effect of steam on hard floors and how clean it felt afterward. This steam mop, once turned on, puts out steam FAST which 10-15 seconds. It then keeps pushing out steam until you unplug it or it runs out of water. It is easy to maneuver around tight spaces while it swivelled to get the dirt up! I want constant steam without having to push a trigger button. The pad is huge and has "scrubbers" on it. It dissolved my floors stains! It mopped up the greasy, sticky stuff and grime stuck to the floor. My floors have never been so clean! I love that it's so easy to put together. The cord is a little short, but I just keeps using other outlets as I go around the floor! It's is mega easy to fill and it has a machine washable pad so no having to constantly buy pads. I am so usually not good at following directions and they make it clear. I love that it's so easy to put together and put the water where it goes. It is not heavy like some steam mops as it is important to me because I problems with my back.

    Decent Steam Mop
    I like that this classic steam-mop heats up in a very short time period. It is easy to use and the scrubbers on the mop pad help a lot when your constantly cleaning up kids messes. I will say the cord is very short though.

    Easy and Quick to Use Steam Mop
    This Steam Mop was quick and easy to use to clean my laminate and tile floors. It was easy to take out of the packaging and get set-up. The water reservoir was simple to fill and I could clean my first floor with out needing to refill it. The steam mop is small and light weight but feels sturdy during use. I liked that there are two buttons: one that turns on the heating and the other that activates the steam. The steam mop is very quick to heat up for use immediately. The cord is a little short and I had to move locations of the plug a few times in order to clean my whole first floor. Additionally, the plug tended to not stay in the wall and I have to stop cleaning several times to plug it back in during use.

    Worth the buy!
    I felt this was semi easy to put together. Filling the tank was a task but not too difficult. Once plugged in and switched on you do have to wait a minute before the action starts. Once I got it going and got the hang of it it was amazing. I really did feel my floor was sanitary.

    Amazing machine!!
    I am in love this with Classic steam mop, it's super lights and easy to use. The removable pad is washable so that's a huge plus for me. Money saver! Its also abrasive enough to get all the grime off my floors, but gentle enough not to damage them. I love how quickly this heats up, there's two switches. One for power and one for steam. Great product! Super happy with it!!

    not the best stream mop BUT it do what it suppose to do CLEAN!hate that This has a short cord AND unpluging get kinda of old!bought more pads to go with this because it only come with 1!easy to put together and it has a Nice weight not Cheap made!!
