Does a great job and so convenient to use.

Broken in less than a month
I bought this vacuum a month ago and I worked great and now it won't even rotate the bristles the light won't come on and it just sucks in debris with little power this is the worst vacuum I had ever bought I lived the light weight feel and the feature but over all this is not a good product

    Overall great Vac
    It's overall great Vac. Pros: good suction. Easy to take off. Great mobility with turning. Lightweight. Cons: loud. Hate the auto brush feature as it's always wanting it decrease suction on my tile. The mult tool won't stay on and is poor storage design. Doesn't stand super well and need be careful it doesn't fall over. Big con: no hanging tool or docking station

    A gem
    Loved this vacuum. Bought it without doing much research and it has done a phenomenal job for 4 years now, in a 2 story carpeted home with an Australian shepherd. The battery is starting to not last as long as it did when new, but 4 years in I am not upset with it!

    didn't last
    after 18mos. battery shows fully charged but when it in use the vacuum powers off after minute or two. no trouble shooting page in manual and can't be found on website normal use and filter cleaned regularly

    Skeptical
    When I first bought the vaccuum it was great. After about 6 months the suction on it was not as powerful. A piece from the beater bar broke and there is no where to order that part. So now I have to go buy a better vacuum where the parts are available to buy. For the price of the vacuum I would not recommend it to anyone else.

    Love the cordless
    Only used it for about a week and I love it. It really does a good job on carpet and hard floors. It can be taken apart for a good cleaning and it has a washable filter. The swivel feature is really nice too. It was recommended to me by my best friend. She can't brag enough about it. For that reason and the good reviews is why I purchased it.

    Awesome
    This is a very good product. I can get into areas my other vacuums couldn't. I even did my mattresses because it becomes portable easily. I saw this on YouTube being reviewed by bemyguestwithdenise and I was challenged to find it. Of all the expensive machines I have purchased over the years, this one is the best.
