Awesomeness in a cardboard box
So I had trouble getting my mushrooms to grow the first go around. I emailed customer service and they sent me a replacement right away. I was finally able to see some growth and then the mushrooms grew like crazy!! On day 10 I harvested the mushrooms and fried them It was amazing!! I can't wait to see if I can get the other side to grow as well!

Only grows one crop
I thought for the price this was going to be a lot that gives multiple crops of mushrooms that you continue to harvest but it's one crop. If you try to do it a second time, it molds.

    So much fun!
    I started this mushroom kit around the 13th or 14 of July. After a week of nothing I started getting discouraged but eneded up spraying waaaay more than it recommends(the air is VERY dry in my home)and after a couple more days it finally started showing signs of growth! My 5 year old and myself watched and waited patiently and these things really started to grow fast! If your grow space is dry I highly reccomend getting a humidifier or covering it with some plastic like we did to keep in moisture cause these things love humidity and will dry out super fast if you're not careful. I also kept a small fan close by for my other plants so that probably contributed to dryness but also the size as well. We finally harvested the biggest one today and threw it in some eggs. My kid doesn't like eggs or veggies much but he ate half of my plate! So yummy!! Definitely give these a try especially if you have young ones who will enjoy watching them grow fast!

    Worth Trying
    I do not eat mushrooms so no idea how they taste. We gave them away. But the instructions are easy to follow. There is support if you need it. I do not know how that works, we did not use it. They grew nicely. My kids loved growing them. I was asked to buy again. I was asked to buy different grow kits too. Directions are real simple to follow. The picture is just starting to grow.

    Good to learn about mushrooms
    Was a gift for my son-in-law, He has a degree in plants and likes to grow mushrooms and other plants! By him growing them my daughter started to eat mushrooms!

    I never bought this before. Bought multiples, kids were excited. Followed instructions to a "T". The only thing that grew on one was GREEN MOLD. The other never grew. What a complete WASTE of money, during a pandemic, and hard earned cash GONE. Don't BUY!!!

    Fun project!
    My daughter has a bit of a mushroom obsession and has done a lot of research on them. She was fascinated with the way that they grow and was thrilled to see that she could grow her own mushrooms with this fun kit! She had a great time spritzing them with water and keeping an eye on them every day. Its such a fun and interactive gift for kids. When they were fully grown, she harvested some of them every day and we used them in cooking. Her favorite meal with made with them was an omelette with sauteed mushrooms and cheese inside.

    Tasty Fun mushroom kits!
    The most amazing mushroom growing kit! It's so easy to grow and I've bought six mushroom kits so far! I especially like the pink oyster mushrooms because they are so pretty. The grey oyster mushrooms are good too and is so delicious. Most of my kits started growing within 2-4 days. It's really fun and has a high yield! One of the pink mushroom kit grew three times! Definitely recommend for anyone who wants to have fun and have yummy shrooms!
