Disappointing
Pins for legs to attach to chair retract and will not pop back out. They tend to turn off to the side. Only one pin of the four legs worked properly. Very disappointing

    It's fo real
    This shower chairs last for a good 10 years. Cargo shipments destroyed the box luckily no parts fell off. Building, it was so easy even a caveman can do it.

    This transfer bench is perfect for people who have a hard time getting into a bathtub. It arrived on time and all the parts were there. It came with detailed instructions and was easy to assemble. The price was also very reasonable

    I have poor balance, age 89 and needed an attendant to help me bathe. I do not like having someone hep me and with this bath bench I can safely bathe myself.

    lightweight yet sturdy, just the right size
    Every piece was there; nothing was missing. The directions, however, were printed in such a way that part of them on the right margin was cut off. The pictures were helpful enough to complete the assembly, though. The suction cups work really well. There isn't any slippage.
