Really works! Clean tan with no streaks!
This is the best one for the money. No orange colors. Wear latex gloves when applying then carefully touch up on the outside of your hands, not the inside, to get the most natural looking tan. No streaks nor patches. Just remember to lotion up and wait till your skin drys. I like this one because I can get that sun kissed look by the next day. The other brands don't compare.

NOT LIKE IT USED TO BE!!
The bad smell seems to be worse! I can't put this on and go out and about with my day. I smell terrible with this stuff on and people noticed! This is not the same old formula I used for years. PLEASE go back to the old formula that worked so well!

    Recommend over others I've tried
    I like this product better than some I've tried. I compared it to Nuskin and this one is just as good. No difference really other than in price. I buy this regularly to get a glow but no sun damage.

    Wish they didn't use such sticky tape!
    I've always loved this tanning product but this time the tape they sealed the lid with left a ton of sticky residue on the bottle. It's a mess in my drawer or in my travel bag. Everything sticks to the dang bottle. But the product is great and the price is right!

    Tan legs!
    I have legs so white that they blind the sun. This Banana Boat Tanner does the trick. After up to 3 applications I have a decent tan to where I can wear my summer shorts and not freak anyone out with my ghost pale legs. I use gloves when applying this cream to avoid dark palms.

    Works as well or better than expensive self tanner
    This self tanner is better than any other I've ever used, and I've tried a lot of them! I don't notice any unpleasant odor. It really works. Usually, the first day, I will apply once in the morning, and then several hours later, a second thin coat. Makes a huge difference. And then I apply maybe 3 or 4 days in a row. After a couple of weeks or so, i need to exfoliate and start over. I highly recommend this product!

    Perfect!
    Moisturizing, not orange, no sreaks or patchyness (even on my knees!) I exfoliated and applied with a mit (I've since used it without a mit and had the same results) 3 hours later did a second layer. Not sticky once it soaks in. Lasted 5 days before I did another layer, probably could have gone seven.

    They Ruined It! Bronze Color Has Been Removed!
    They screwed it up and took out the bronze color. It used to be a lotion with brown coloring in it so you instantly get the bronze you're looking for. I just got my new tube tonight and was shocked when I noticed the lotion is white. Then I noticed the top of the tube now says "Same Summer Glow, Now Dye Free!". The photo on the Walmart Detail page does not reflect that. Needless to say it's just like normal lotion, no color impact at all. The screwed up one of my favorite products and now I'll look for another brand.

    The Best Ever!
    I bought this after reading other reviews. I have dumped big money on self tanners only to find this is the best of the best. And just look at the affordable price! I used surgical gloves to apply. This is the sort of tanner you apply and can go to work the next day and not have everyone know what you did last night. It subtle enough to not make HUGE changes, but deep enough to make you happy. If you want more color, simply apply it again. No weird orange, just a nice deep color. This color is for people who want a dark tan. I already have olive skin so if you are fair, go for a different color. All tanners smell after so many hours, and this one took a long time before that smell came out. It wasn't overly strong. This is my new tanner. I came back to order more and wanted to add another 5 star review.

    Great Results!
    I put this on every other day right after my shower. Even my sister thought I had been laying out for sun or that I had been to a tanning bed! The lotion will stain your palms from putting it on so I put a few teaspoons of sugar in one hand then lather up some soap in the other. Then put your hands together and wash. Your hands are nice and soft AND stain free. I highly recommend this product!
