Face and hair not changing
We just got home and we're so excited to see the change it was awesome seeing the teal come off but then we noticed her hair and face didn't change we tried both cold and hot water with no results my daughter is pretty disappointed and really wants it to change and I don't want to purchase another just to have the same results hoping the company contacts me.

    Purchased as a gift and arrived on time. Upon opening the package, everything was removed, then the doll put back in the container, water added and container shaken, causing the outer paint to come off and revealing the barbie's style/color. The surprise pieces were enjoyed very much. I was very happy with the price and recipient was also happy.

    Wow so much fun!
    We picked up two of these today, along with 3 other Barbie. My daughter loves these surprises series. My daughter says these dolls have the best hair. Also, the arms on this series can move not only up/down but out to the side. Awesome addition! The each come with their own necklace, fin, hair brush and sponge. We absolutely love the fact that they come with a hair brush!! My only issue is one of there heads is oddly shaped, it doesn't seem to be put together correctly. As shown in photos below.
