Love it!
I received product reimbursement in exchange for my honest review. I really love this coffee machine. It is very easy to use and operate. Moreover, it is very customizable, as you can change the brew strength to your liking. I also really love the fact that it has a special cleaning cycle, which makes cleaning it so easy! Overall this is such a great coffeemaker and I highly recommend it!

I’ve had this coffeemaker only a few months - have only used it a handful of times and the spring button thingie broke with a simple hand washing. Impossible to figure out how to fix it as well. I’ve had many coffeemakers in my life and have never had this happen with even the cheapest one. Extremely disappointed and too late to return it. Don’t bother wasting your money.

    I just got this coffee pot after eyeing it for months! It finally arrived and I was so exited to start using it I cleaned it right away. I started brewing water to clean the inside like the book says but water started leaking everywhere! Water came out of the handle and around the coffee pot so it was sizzling the whole time it was brewing. The lid also doesn't fit good either so I'm spilling water everywhere when I'm putting water in the reservoir. I'm so disappointed!

    I would pass on this coffee maker
    It's beautiful and despite the awful reviews I wanted to give it a chance (I also have the air fryer, toaster and kettle and love them). The coffee maker worked well for exactly 3 brewing cycles, when I went to clean out the filter, the metal spring and black part that hold s the spring was stuck to the removable filter basket and when I took out the filter it flew off, with no way to get it back on, completely useless now. I also tried texting the customer service number that shows up on other reviews and have yet to receive a response.

    They’ve fixed the leaky handle!
    I LOVE this coffee maker. It did eventually start leaking. BUT, as of last week April 2023, they have resolved the leaking carafe handle and replaced my carafe for free when I reached out to customer service via text. They’re customer service was top notch. I’ve had the new carafe for a week and no issues now. It’s easy to clean, set, program, reminds you when to change the filter, etc. plus it’s absolutely beautiful! I have the majority of this line of small appliances and I am really impressed. Mine is the white icing color. Oh yeah- I also LOVE that it keeps the coffee warm for 4 hours and shows how long it’s been on the warming feature.

    Brightens up my kitchen. Brews strong and hot hot!
    Saw the Beautiful collection about 6 months ago and was going to get the black set and never did. But! Our generic toaster recently started smoking and it was a perfect opportunity to get them. Timing couldn’t have been more perfect cuz I saw Lavender was just released and O M G I am in LOVE! The name fits perfect it’s SO BEAUTIFUL! Looks sleek on my counter and really freshens up the space. We use this coffee pot every morning and so far so good! I set the program for it to brew at 430 every morning. It takes 6-10 mins depending on how much we brew. Forever filter is kind of a pain to clean but manageable. Not sure if this is a positive or a negative but the coffee brews hotter than DD! Steam does form on top of the carafe but I just let it pour off into my cup because watering it down a little won’t make a difference since it brews your coffee nice and strong. Even on the lowest strength setting my Great Value coffee is much stronger than in any previous machines and we’ve had the super expensive ones too so that says a lot! Other than the forever filter the only other issue I could see someone having is that you can’t actually see the water level from the outside. There are notches on the inside of the reservoir that I believe are water level markers but I’m honestly not sure and it’s really not that big of an issue.

    All the stars! She's purdy and makes great coffee!
    I saw this coffee maker about a year ago and have been eyeing it ever since. I couldn't justify it at the time and pull the trigger because we had a perfectly functional Black and Decker basic one. BUT after 5 trusted years, our original coffee maker bit the dust, which meant I could finally pounce on this BEUAT! I got a little nervous before purchasing because some of the reviews were complaining that it was nonfunctional, or that the steam caused dripping from the handle, but I decided to try it anyway because I was obsessed with the aesthetic and wanted it to work! After a couple of days of owning this, I can honestly say we have had SUCH a positive experience so far. Our coffee DOES taste better (I think the addition of the charcoal filter helps!) and the programming has been simple and straightforward if you use the manual. Also, there have been no issues with steam or leaks on the handle. If anything changes in the weeks or months to come, I will update my review, but for now, we are just thrilled with it's simple elegance and delicious brews. In case you have concerns with a leaky handle, maybe position the handle centered JUST like in the photo. That's what we've been doing and we have had no issues! 5 stars!

    Leaky handle mess every brew
    Regardless of how “dry” it is as customer service has recommended to other purchasers - the handle leaks water all over the counter every single brew no matter what we do. There must be an open seam that the water enters so I’m assuming mold will be an issue at some point. The handle looks like junk. It’s wild that an above average coffee maker’s pot is so faulty.

    I'm an avid coffee drinker. My wife is a designer. So how do we feel about the coffee maker? It could cause a divorce. Let me explain: When asked what my wife thinks about it: With the beautiful? I love it. It's elegant. It's a statement piece. My coffee tastes better. It's so pretty. Aesthetically it is gorgeous. A great price for the quality and value received. (Just typing as my wife talks about it) Pretty easy to set up, but definitely follow the instruction manual. Easy care and clean. We love the reusable coffee filter. The added water filter improved the quality of the coffee. The gourmet brew is an amazing setting. The size makes us happy. But we drink 2 different types of coffee, so now we fight over who gets to use it. Probably going to get a second to save our marriage.
