The best horseradish!
Beaver Brand horseradish is my favorite, aside from making my own from horseradish root, and what a literal pain that can be! I've always kept a jar of this in my fridge, and sometimes cook pork roasts, just so I can eat with Beaver Brand horseradish. Great heat when you first open, and the first few spoonfuls, but the heat does fade over time.

maybe someone there should taste this stuff before

    Good flavor and easy to work with; but it's not---
    Not "Extra Hot"...or even "Hot"...just kinda "Extra". Good flavor and easy to work with; but it's not even close to "hot".

    Horseradish Isn't That Hot But It's Good
    My husband is a big fan of truly hot prepared horseradish. When he tried this brand he was disappointed. He ate it and said it was ok but certainly not extra hot.
