I agree with other reviews on how the plugs covering the screw holes don't stay in but a heads up and a little glue and it seems to resolve that issue.

Absolute trash, please read.
Trash. To start, one of the mounting holes is tilted so I could only get 3 of the 4 screws in the back pad. This is NOT a high back chair, its below my shoulders when I sit in it and I'm only 5' 8". Speaking of poor design the back pad is hard and makes you lean forward past 45°, and the seat cushion is so bulbous that it raises your legs. To explain better, sit in a normal kitchen chair now lean forward so your back is off the backrest by 2 inches, now pick up both legs so that the back of your legs are of the seat, that's the V shape this chair forces you to be in. Do not buy.

    Looks great, feels pretty good, but doesn't last.
    Summary: Looks good, feels pretty good, does not last. Would I recommend it? No. Look (5/5) – The chair looks great! Feel (4/5) – The chair leans slightly to one side when it's locked from leaning back, and you lean back to the lock-point. Other than that, a pretty comfortable chair. It also goes higher than many other chairs, which is great! Durability (1/5) – After 3 months, and maybe a total of 30 days of actual use, the metal bent and cracked.

    Loud Creaking Noise / Uncomfortable
    Reasonable quality components for the price... BUT... (1) there is a very loud creaking noise in the seat that won't go away and can't be lubricated and (2) chair is uncomfortable to sit in at all heights. I do not recommend even at low price point.

    not a very good chair
    first of all this is not a high back chair. the seat looks flat but is not. the headrest pokes out so bad it give me a headache.

    Chair leather is too hard and not comfortable
    Leather is too hard. Back rest is not straight. This chair is not for office work and can't sit for 8 hours.

    Would NOT buy again!
    I liked the chair for the price when I bought it. I didn't know this chair does not lean back (I dislike not being able to rest back at times), it came with a brown arm rest (only one). Mind you my chair is all black. The seat cushion seems to be wearing off as I sit all day and started feeling like there is no cushion at all (hard seat now). I guess we do get what we pay for!

    Great but sqeaky
    I got the chair yesterday and it was super easy to put together and looks amazing. But its really squeaky, it took the screws out and put them in again but that didn't help. If anyone has any tips on how to make it squeak less I'm all ears

    Wrong measurements
    Given measurements are wrong. Its not high back chair. Need 2 persons to assemblt this. I have pain in upper back and want more support, that is why i brought high back chair but it is not fulfilling my need.
