don't wash in washing machine
I lived how soft and smooth this yarn is and enjoyed making the sweater. I think I could make two 6 months sized sweaters out of one kit since half the yarn is left after I finished one sweater. But after washing the sweater had loose parts ("worming") despite being in a mesh laundry bag with very tiny netting. The washing instructions on the label don't indicate that the yarn needs to be hand washed but this seems to be the case if you don't want "worming". Hand wash makes this yarn unsuitable for baby and kids clothes . I won't buy this yarn again, which is sad since the feel is great. But obviously the smoothness makes it prone to "worming".

    This sweater is so adorable. I love the fact that it only requires one skein of yarn. I haven't started it yet, but I'm sure I will be pleased with the outcome.
