Best Choice Products is a joke
If I could give zero stars I would. Not for the product because 3 months later and I still haven't received it but for the seller because well…they suck. There's no way to get a refund because it's supposedly “shipped”. It's been in this status for almost 2 months. There's no contact info for the seller and Walmart can't help because it's a third party seller. It would've been nice to be able to use this for the summer but now it seems I'll be using it next summer (assuming I ever get it or a refund)

    Not what I expected.
    When I received it I needed tools to open it. It took 15 to 30 minutes to open. There were 2 parts in it that weren't on the instructions. I contacted customer care and we determined they were not part of the chair! The webbing does not go low enough so your legs are not comfortable. I am considering returning it at this point.

    Great chair
    Holds two adults perfectly. The color matches the other single chairs I bought a few years ago. Would rate 5 stars if the locking mechanism actually held the chair in the reclining position. Otherwise I would recommend. This is a really comfortable chair.

    Great addition for my Patio
    I read all the reviews before I bought this chair. Some people were saying that if you sit in one spot in a chair it will sag in the middle I don't find that to be true. My wife and I have both sat in the chair alone and together without any problems (I am 6'3 230lbs). The reason I gave it four stars is that the knobs that are supposed to lock the chair do not work. It's not a big issue for me because when you sit still the chair stays where you have it. But as a whole we love the chairs.

    Super easy to recline and very comfortable!
    Today I am reviewing this awesome two person "zero gravity" chair by Best Choice Products. I was sent the Beach Brown color and I really love this chair overall. This chair comes totally assembled so it is ready to go right out of the box which is a huge plus for me. You do have to snap the drink trays on each side of the chair but it is really easy to do. The headrest also is removable if you don't want to use it. Several small children can fit in this chair or 2-3 adults even. I sat in this chair by myself and I really enjoyed just being in it alone! I actually have a zero gravity chair that is a regular size chair (not the same brand) and it is way harder to recline than this one is. I was really pleasantly surprised about how easy it was to recline in it. This one really molds well to your body too and is much more comfortable than the other one I have. We have many movie and game nights and this chair would be perfect for extra seating, especially when we do our outside movie nights in the spring through fall. This chair is bulky however it is lightweight enough if you wanted to take it to the park, camping, beach, etc. if you didn't have to walk very far with it. The product description states that it is made out of UV Resistant mesh so it should not fade. We keep our chairs out of the weather as much as possible though. This product is five star worthy in my opinion and I can't wait to use it more! I received this item for free to evaluate and review at my own discretion.

    The best part in having this lounge chair for our backyard is that it came without needing assembly! It is actually better than l expected mainly because of the 3 reasons: 1. This is foldable and can easily be placed in the trunk or at the back of a pick-up truck and be used anywhere you want; 2. This can hold a pretty decent weight capacity of 450 lbs. Me and my husband can sit in this lounge chair with confident that it won’t break or part of the elastic cords that hold the sides will give in. The padded headrest is also nice to have for more comfort and it is adjustable as well; 3. This is a beauty. The actual color is dark Orange which is darker than the one in the picture. However, l still love it that way as it matches our hammock color in our backyard. In addition, this lounge has a cup holder trays and cell phones holder on both sides, making your relaxation easy and convenient. I could go on and on with how much l love this backyard lounge. This is really something you want to consider buying when you want one with quality and within your budget. My sons love sitting and relaxing here too and even used this lounge chair when they eat breakfast in our backyard! On the other hand, the cellphone holder won’t fit iPhone 7s plus or anything of the same size, thus, it fit my iPhone 5c easily. But, you can still lay your iPhone 7s or any bulky phones flat on the cup holder. Overall, this is a great buy. Great investment and definitely a great choice!

    cute idea but.......
    My husband and I love to sit next to each other around the fire so I thought this would be a cute idea. Down fall is, you fall in towards each other when you sit down. If you attempt to sit in alone you have to sit in the middle or you will be leaning in towards the middle. It also does not have a firm seat so if you have a bad back like me you cannot sit in for long. The other gravity chairs we have are much firmer and you do not sink down in them.
