Excellent fire pit!
Excellent quality especially for the sales price. Puts off just as much heat as my more expensive fire pit used in another spot outside. Very handy to have hooks to hang lid on. Easy to use. Igniter button as safety feature is great. Easy to put together. Took less than 20 min. Fits 20lb propane tank.

Ignite switch doesn't
Cool nights are coming so I decide to get a fire pit. It was delivered today so after dinner we put it together. Once it was assembled we realized ignite switch wasn't connected, so we had to light it with a match. After reading other reviews they had same problem .

    Nice Fire Pit
    Had this about 3 months now and it is well constructed and goes well with my existing furniture. I use it in a well ventilated patio room and it does a great job of keeping the temperature comfortable (60-70) when the room would be too cool to use (40-50). I put in an air quality monitor to make sure there was less danger of asphyxiation or CO poisoning. The flames give a nice cozy glow to the surroundings and I'm looking forward to moving it out back for summer use. It goes through a tank of propane pretty quick (about 12 hours) so you may want to keep a spare on-hand. I like that it has fire glass instead of lava rocks.

    Damaged top. Told by best choice products that their agreement with Walmart is all issues are handheld through Walmart. Walmart only gives me option to return. I don't need to return it, only replacement top. So frustrating!!!

    Nice, but…
    This piece goes together pretty easily. I was able to do it by myself in about 30 minutes. I would say the hardest part was getting everything out of the box. It was all packed very securely. Because of this, it was very surprising to find one of the main pieces, the door, was warped. The door does not connect to the magnets on both sides—there is about a one inch discrepancy from one side to the other. As there was no damage to the box, I can only assume it is a manufacturing flaw. When I spoke with customer service about replacing the part, I was told I could send back the unit or get a 20% refund. They do not send out individual pieces. This was disappointing, as it would have been a huge hassle to disassemble, repack, and send back the unit. So, I opted for the partial refund. I figure I'll just turn that side away from view. Other than that, the piece looks very nice. Can't wait for cooler weather so we can actually use it.

    Great Customer Service
    This is our second Best Choice Fire Pit, as our movers lost our last one. One of the reasons I am leaving a five star rating is because of Best Choice's customer service--the top of our fire pit arrived with a ding in it. I requested a replacement top, but because individual parts are not available, they ended up shipping us a brand new replacement fire pit. Love this product and highly recommend!

    Good fire pit for the money.
    Love our fire pit so far. It is the perfect size for our patio and we enjoy relaxing in it's warmth. It was fairly easy to assemble and light up. I would have given it 5 stars except for the fact that one of the panels had some unraveling of the wicker. Fortunately, it was at the very top and we fixed it so it doesn't show. A cover and nice looking glass beads came with it.

    Igniter does not work
    Igniter does not work. There are several poor reviews for the same reason..we removed all glass beads and still nothing. Very discouraging to pay for a whole patio set and the fire pit and have poor function

    Flame goes out after about an hour
    I just have a question about the Length of time the fire pit stays lit. It seems to go off after about an hour or so and then I light it right back up is that a safety feature or is that a defect. Thank you
