Need better customer service.
When I got to the last step of attaching the back I found that the holes were not drilled properly. Tried to reach the seller through the Walmart Marketplace but never received a response.

    Overpriced and shabby
    Not a good purchase for the price. Not too sturdy and the pieces are ill fitting. Had to force the legs to fit and the arms jiggle a lot even though the bolts are as far as they can get in the holes. I had to drill the back because the holes provided did not line up. Very disappointed. Also does not lay flat. Save your money and skip this product. Im completely dissatisfied.

    Not Bad For The Price
    The product was delivered without any damage. It was relatively easy to assemble in less than 30 minutes, but I had to drill two new holes to attach the back to the seat. No matter how I adjusted it, the predrilled holes did not line up. A ratchet screwdriver is helpful instead of using the hex key they provided. I wish the daybed sat a bit higher, but it is perfect in the lounging position. The cushions appear durable and are fairly comfortable.

    Poor quality construction! Back piece of wood did NOT fit from construction! Had to reset new holes to even mount wood back! Looks better than function. Wood structure will NOT lay completely flat as described and shown! Its a great concept but did NOT follow through!

    Great result despite some assembly difficulties
    Installing the legs--wood too tight, had to use hammer. When installing the back, I found two of the holes for the screws did not line up properly--had to use drill to get them to catch. Now all is good, though.

    Assembly was easy, however, the back of the sofa where it connects to the frame was not drilled properly to allow the holes to line up. So I had to improvise and modify it by drilling the two lower holes and setting two screws to complete the assembly. It took me about a half hour to put it together. But it is a comfortable sofa to relax in.

    It is the perfect size for my small balcony. I can still lay on it open as it is long enough for me (5'8"). The cushions are thick and firm. I love this item.

    Perfect for the deck!
    We put this on the deck of our cabin and it is the perfect size and so comfortable for an afternoon nap! It's sturdy, the cushions are super comfortable and there is a pull-out tray to set your drink on. We love it!

    Good purchase
    Arrived in good condition, despite delivery associate not being entirely gentle with box (it is a bit heavy). Fairly easy assembly, was able to do by myself in about 15 minutes with minimal effort. Wooden frame appears to be in good condition. Cushioning has a smell to it, but I imagine that may be the case with waterproof material like this. Smell has decreased since having it out a few days. There are also a few threads sticking up from cushions, but nothing that would be difficult to fix on my own and does not impair functionality of chair. Mine is in a covered area so not sure how it does with getting rained on. Cushions are soft enough to be comfortable and feel sturdy enough to be outside. Might be nice to get a couple other outside throw pillows to go with it but is still good as is. The side pieces go up and down easily and seem like they will not break if treated properly. Tray seems good if recommended weight limit is not exceeded. Would recommend and buy again.
