Sturdy, nice swing
Excellent swing. Solid, sturdy. I'm 220 and my wife is 130 and it holds us fine. My porch height is 8'5" and we didn't need extra chain. Assembly took less than 10 minutes. Cannot beat this swing for the price.

Porch Swing Problem
I had wonderful service from Walmart and got my product in a timely fashion. I love the swing and am very proud to have it on my porch. However, the swing comes equipped with chains to fit only a swing frame (which is not made clear in the description). The box and all the descriptions call it a porch swing and when I attached the chain to the hooks in the ceiling of my porch, the swing was suspended about 4 or 5 feet it the air - only accessible with a ladder. I called the company who made the swing and was told that they only had that kind of chain and could furnish no extension chain to match the existing chain. I have shopped and found gold chain to somewhat match but this was an additional expense and aggravation. I feel it should be made clear that without buying your own set of chains, it can't be used on a traditional porch with swing hooks in the ceiling.

    I would buy again
    Front porch swing is great. My fiancé installed it by himself. I wish I could put a seat cushion for it but the 52x24 doesn't match any. I'll get pillows instead.

    Great swing and affordable
    Before buying the swing, I was looking at price, color and style. Found a beautiful one, but then noted it would only holdup to 300 pounds. I would have only been able to sit with my kids and not my husband. This one was 400 pounds. Easy to put together, but if you have a high ceiling as I do, I needed to get extra length of chains.

    Looks great!
    We have only had it up for a few days- so far so good.It came in 4 large pieces so easy to assemble. We did have to go out and buy more chain as the chain to hang is very short! You need to add at least 2 feet of chain on each side. We couldn't match the gold chain that it comes with. The swing has a nice gloss finish.

    Love this romantic comfortable swing
    This swing is an amazing buy - saw some in Home Depot for 3 times the price that were not nearly as nice. It arrived super quickly 3 days - and is sturdy - has a nice shiny white coating that is thick and durable and the way it curved makes it really comfortable to sit on and swing - just love it !
