Perfect chair exactly as pictured and described
This chair is AMAZING It's cute , comes with a thick cushion soft yet firm enough not to feel the bars in the back and I didn't have any problems at all with putting it together by my self! . I would definitely recommend this chair to any one and I will definitely be being another one sometime soon. This chair is exactly as pictured and described with easy follow instructions.

A little defect can also ruin your reputation.
The delivery is fast. But Walmart sent me a box of junk. One end of the tube is circle, the other end semicircle. They don't match each other. I could not complete the assembly of the chair, and has no chance to enjoy it. And I will have to spend more than ten times of time and effort to put it back to the box and return it to Walmart.

    I've been wanting a comfy papasan chair for forever, and was pleasantly surprised with this purchase! The frame surprised me being metal instead of wood, but it does seem more sturdy because of it.

    Wow CLOUDS zzz yay white Sherpa
    Wow! It's like a cloud! I wasn't sure but I went for it because it's sold by sale set and if I didn't like it could take it back at Walmart. I ordered 3 of the white ! Lol one for my sons room one for my office and one for my living room all white. My thinking was to have a cloud to relax in. I wasn't sure til I just put it together myself it took 45 mins. Wow I love it ! It hugs you!! I have so much discomfort from a car accident years ago and really wanted something to spend hours in reading or on my laptop or watching a movie! This fits the bill !!!! I LOVE the look and feel!! Little clouds all around the house to set back curl up and relax in. I'm 5'8 and this is plenty big just right yay !! Get one if your on the fence ! I'm keeping all 3 and recommended to fam and friends. It's so much softer than I imagined and I was envisioning soft.

    love the size it only took 4 hours and 2 mental break downs queens!!???? it is definitely lower then i thought it wirks well in my dorm fir aure i love it and dark blue is my favorite colors give me very much celestial witchy vibes????????

    Would be great without RUST
    Don't get me wrong, I love this chair. I want to give it 5 stars, but I cannot as it arrived with a rusty spot on the bottom of the chair. We did not notice until it was already put together. I feel that a $170 chair should not have rust, but I also haven't decided if I want to return it to the store, I.e. taking it apart, putting it back in the box, etc. If yours comes without rust I am sure you will love it!

    Could be a good chair, but it is damaged.
    Price of the item was great and it shipped/arrived quickly. The chair cushion is comfortable. However the chair arrived damaged. I contacted customer service (of the company, not walmart), they claimed they were sending a new chair, and it's been 2 months without a word or a new chair. The 'bowl' of the chair is made by assembling three metal pieces together. Unfortunately one of my three pieces was bent badly enough that it does not connect flush to the other pieces. Luckily I only weigh 100lbs so I can sit on it without fear of it falling apart. My only other complaint was the silica bead packets included in the packaging were also damaged, leading to an explosion of beads all over my house when I opened up the box. Not usually a big deal, however I have a one year old that will eat anything off the floor. So overall this might be a good chair, if the packaging could better protect it and the customer service could actually send a replacement part/chair.

    Terrible Customer Service
    The chair arrived with one section having chipped paint and rusting. I chose to contact Better Homes and Garden customer service to request a replacement part since the rest of the chair was well built. However, there was never any answer on the number provided and two emails were ignored. I plan to return the chair for a refund if I'm not contacted and going with another model.

    Excellent quality for the price!
    I bought this chair for an accent piece in my living room and was quite surprised once i received it. We first saw a display model in store in the light grey color and decided to do navy blue to offset my mostly grey furniture. The display model looked and felt great for the price so we took a chance on it. My husband and daughter put this together in 10-15 minutes, so assembly is a breeze. The quality of the frame is what I was most impressed by, it's a really solid frame and feels like it will hold up to the weight of adults and the abuse of my kids. The cushion itself is really nice too. My only complaint is that with an above average weight, you may feel the bars under the cushion after extended amounts of sitting. Maybe adding an extra foam piece under there to help may be in my near future. Honestly, I'm super happy with this purchase as I had my doubts.

    I do love the chair. It could use a little extra cushion but nothing you can't fix with some foam or something underneath. It is however cat approved which matters the most. I love it and am using it as my little cozy reading chair. It was easy ish to put together. I didn't have an issue besides trying to make it even (do the final tightening after you have pieces together)

    Hard and lumpy pillow skids off looks nice though
    Not very comfortable sorry to say Im 4'11 so i should fit on it comfortably but I was sliding off it and it's lumpy and hard, you can feel the metal threw the pillow three stars because it looks nice

    Serves the purpose.
    This is a good papasan for the price. Easy to put together and pretty comfortable. The cushion is a little thin though and after sitting in it for awhile, the bar across the back becomes a bit uncomfortable. I got it for outside, so I am going to order a waterproof cover for it.
