BEAUTIFUL CHAIR!!!
Took a chance on buying a chair before sitting in it. But the reviews were so outstanding I decided to take a chance. The chair is very comfortable. It has two reclining positions that are perfect. The chair is fairly large and very comfortable even with out reclining. The fabric is soft and looks good. Easy to put together and has plastic protectors under the legs so the floor will not be scratched. This is the second Better Homes and Gardens chair I have purchased both are outstanding considering the price.

Defective Brackets!
Back doesnt fit snugly onto the arms because the bracket was installed wrong. It doesnt allow the lip to "catch" into the hole to lock into place.. Customer service is worthless. They emailed me a YouTube video on how to install the back of a recliner (not even this specific chair), but admitted the brackets were probably defective. Now I need to lug two big chairs BACK to Walmart for an exchange, And, I have no idea if the new chairs will have the same issue. Beyond frustrating.

    Long overdue!
    Love! Have had these recliner chairs in my wish list for a long time. Decided to finally purchase glad I did. Super sturdy, well made and finally a recliner I get to sit in and enjoy.

    Great Chair
    Great comfortable recliner. I got the brown leather which goes well with my other furniture. Only thing i dislike is you need a pillow behind your head to watch tv or you will be starring at the ceiling. Great quality chair for the price!

    Great recliner! Purchased 2 to create a seating area at the foot of my king size bed. The fabric and nailhead trim matched my headboard perfectly. Cannot beat the price on this classic style.

    Lovely chairs for the price
    They were heavy but simple to put together. They definitely completed the look we were going for. I would recommend these chairs if you don't plan to use them for lounging around in. They are beautiful but not soft. Good for looks not comfort.

    As others have stated the back is quite firm but i dont think its a bad thing. The seat is quite deep and very comfortable. There are a few loose and pulled threads around the bottom which I obviously dont love and it does make me worry about the longevity of this fabric. I think overall its worth $259, we will see how it lasts.

    Great chair for a good price!
    These chairs are firm but comfortable. They are large enough for my 6ft 4 inch son in law but also comfortable for me at 5 ft 2 inches! Super easy to put together and they came a week ahead of time!

    SAVE the box!
    I am going to screen capture this and we'll see if it gets posted. The chair arrives in an enormous and heavy box. I had to cut the box to get the chair out. Big mistake – save the box! I did not worry about it because I rarely return anything. Assembly is easy. The chair was horribly uncomfortable – painful actually. Both the seat and the lower back felt like cushioning missing – almost like leaning on metal. Tried for 2 days and could not deal with it. I do not understand all the good reviews. Walmart was real good about authoring a return – problem is, needed to be disassembled and put in a box. When It cost me a little over 40 bucks for a return box and packing it up was no small task. The carrier showed up and the guy probably did not weigh much more than the box. He called in and the carrier sent a different driver. You should have seen the look on his face when he tried to move the box. We dragged the box to the front door and then he rolled it over and over to get it down one flight of stairs. From there he could get the dolly I guess. This thing was a nightmare. If you buy one, save the box!
