Who fix the package for shipping? A toddler?
The rating isn't for the helmet, which btw was fine, but for how it was sent. The helmet was not in any manufacturing packaging. It was wrapped in bubble wrap . Then a plastic shipping over it and then taped. Half of the bag was ripped and then taped all around it. I had never seen an item shipped like this before and am lucky I even received it Where did the mfg co trainer that it comes in go???
