Miracle machine and easy to use and effective. I love it.
3 small dogs (rescues) and a cat, what can I say. Doesn't seem to matter how much I walk the dogs. I do everything in my power to avoid accidents. In the past used industrial carpet shampoo blotted the accident and then scrubbed. This machine is easy to use, efficient and a miracle for me and my needs.

It's Just Okay. [And it leaks a little]
It's just okay. I use this product primarily for when my cat throws up on the new carpet. I spray it on the fresh stain, let it sit, then vacuum up the liquid. If I clean it up ASAP, it works pretty well. The suction isn't that great though, so I have to do a LOT of passes over the stain to get the liquid out. Then when it's all done, some of the liquid doesn't move to the dirty water tank. It sits there in the end and drips out (see photos provided). Even weeks later after I've cleaned up the leak drips, I'll find new drips? It doesn't really make sense. I've texted with customer support and they sent me some troubleshooting guides, but it's none of those issues. So uh, I guess it gets the job done if you really work at it, but store it somewhere that you don't mind getting slightly moist.

    Good so far for the most part...
    Pretty good so far (only used it a fee times) but seems like it goes through a LOT of formula which is expensive!

    Don't recommend for jobs bigger than a spill.
    It worked great on short carpet but on my longer rug it automatically shuts down...it can't handle it. It needs to have a stronger suction!

    Perfect birthday gift
    You know your "baby" isn't a baby anymore when he asks for a pet stain carpet cleaner for his birthday. My son did some research, decided this product was the best for his needs and was excited to receive it. It will certainly come in handy caring for his older dog who has frequent accidents in the house.

    Great cleaner for the price
    I seem to use this more often with older cats & young puppy! It cleans and scrubs very well. It's very easy to take apart & clean and to put back together. The only down fault is your using it as a crouching level, instead of a stand up unit.

    No other product but Bissell for us!
    This is compact, easy to use and does a great job on those pet stains! I would highly recommend this for All Humans for their fur babies! I also purchased the Bissell vac and small hand vac for cat hair & Dog hair! My GSD only sheds 2 times a year ( 6 months at a time!) So all of the Bissell products are needed!!

    I purchased this Power Stain Eraser because. We have a new puppy and she is ruining our carpet totally. It has been a brutal winter so taking her outside was not always possible. This unit gets the urine and stains out of the carpet quickly and completely with less energy.

    I use this awesome tool on my carpets, carpet pad, couch and chair! I love it's convenient size, and the Bissel solution works great! I wouldn't change a thing about it and am glad I purchased it

    Use latex gloves to clean.
    The unit cleans as thoroughly as it claims, though the cleaning solution does NOT go very far and is costly. But if your reason for using it is to avoid getting your hands dirty, forget it. After EVERY use you dismantle and clean parts like the roller-brush, which means your hands are knuckle-deep in whatever you cleaned up. In my case that"s usually cat vomit. Use gloves.

    Absolutely wonderful product
    I am so satisfied with this carpet stain cleaning machine - it is efficient, powerful and easy to use. I would give it 10 stars if I could. There is not one negative comment - it is terrific. I just wish I would have bought it sooner?
