This item is quite effective and easier than the old pressing them out with a credit card trick. However it did leave behind some hickies! If you buy it be careful of that and head the instructions when they say not to press it too hard or for too long. If you bruise easy you will get some small marks. However that will not effect my review since the credit card leaves marks too and I bruise easily. I like this product.

    When I receive my order the package was destroyed, so then I opened the packed and everytime I put in the batteries it don't work I tried call have not been able to get in contact with somebody.

    Product works great But it's not rechargeable it is battery powered the description cleans it is USB rechargeable that is false it is battery powered. If I would have known it wasn't rechargeable I wouldn't about it
