Outside grilling'!
The Blackstone Flat Gas Grill is truly so easy to set-up and use. Wish I'd of bought one of them years ago. Also Walmart had the best price in town. I saved a couple of hundred $$$ just by shopping around.

Unstable, not worth the money, returning item
The legs don't click into place so they wobble back and forth. The item is not stable at all. There is no way to actually cook food on this without it potentially falling over/leaking juices everywhere. I called Blackstone for support and have not received any info back from them. Would not recommend purchasing this item. You can see in the picture the legs aren't straight, if it allowed me to post a video it would show the legs able to move back and forth easily about an inch. Very disappointed.

    Horrible delivery service. Good product.
    Delivery dropped off the grill in the rain outside. 20' from a covered porch with 2 steps. The carton was ripped and in very bad shape. Opened the packaging and the found the grill rusty already; not even seasoned yet.

    Disappointed with the appearance of the product
    The product looks fine. A few scratches and scuffs from the delivery. It also ended up being delayed and arriving later than it was supposed to. When it was finally delivered the box looked like it had been torn open on one side, and thrown around. When it arrives, it will come in the Blackstone box, not a Walmart box.

    Damaged. Par for the course with Walmart.
    Highly disappointed. This item was ordered and shipped within a few days and as soon as the package arrived I became suspicious. Well, my suspicions were warranted. The grill is damaged and unusable to say the least. Now I'll have to go back to the nearest Walmart, process a return and hope that the next one I get isn't in the same condition. Totally uncalled for. And before you ask, FedEx delivered and is claiming the package was in this condition when it arrived at their warehouse.

    Great cooking surface! Love this grill so far.
    I love the size of the grill. Gets nice and hot! I wish it came with a bar to hold a roll of paper towels on it. I can't give it 5 stars because I only used it once.

    very nice easy to put together,the only thing i didn't like is the who delivered it its heavy they had a dolly but they just left it out in front instead of on the porch. also the box had massive holes in it they should have never delivered it looking in this condition very unprofessional.

    Easy to use and it makes food taste better. We have a gas grill we only use it for brats and hot dogs. Great for breakfasts which you cook everything together. It's a must have turned it on to friends also who loves it to.

    Very pleased
    Had been shopping around for a griddle for a while, checked most of the big box stores. Quality was important as was price, Walmart had the best price for the Blackstone griddle I wanted. Ordered on-line, shipping was fast. The box it came in was a wreck (see photo) was very skeptical, but it was undamaged and complete. The Blackstone works great. Very satisfied.

    Excellent! Delivered quickly and SO EASY to assemble! Had it up and running in under thirty minutes. Be sure to “season” your grill before you start cooking. We've been using ours daily since we got it, just love it!
