So far I Love this grill. I would like to see it have a lid one for each side. I was able to order a lid for the griddle side and with some ingenuity made it work.

    Best Grill I've Purchased
    This grill/griddle is the best outdoor grill I've purchased! I was hesitant because I always wanted the 36" griddle but I like the grill addition. It's a must have!

    Damaged packaging/damaged grill
    Packaging on item was broken, retakes, exposed and when package was opened in one end you can see the damaged corner and what looks like some tried to buff out a scraped area - we have not taken anything out to see what your company feels they cans do about it - I will included photos of the box as delivered and the damaged areas and will be waiting for your reply

    Came bent in 2 places one on the leg.
    Item came bent and we were wanting to use it for the weekend ordered. Dissapointed since this is the first time ordering online. Hope we can try and fix, otherwise we will have to return.

    Good price but only if the product is not damaged.
    Bought it with excitement and after having to return two of them I choose not to try a third time. Both times the grill was delivered damaged. Unfortunately the grill relies on rivets for connection points and those failed in both cases. I instead bought a different model.

    BUYER BEWARE…THEY WILL SEND YOU A USED GRILL!!
    I was sent a used grill…there is grease residue on the griddle the wheels are used and the griddle has spots not to mention the packaging was horrible!! I will be returning this grill and getting my money back!!

    Buyer beware
    This was the second Blackstone Duo grill that I purchased from Walmart The first one was Damaged so I returned it , The second one that I ordered had some damage but I decided I could straighten it out which I Did ,I am not blaming Walmart,I believe Blackstone has a problem with packaging reinforcement to withstand the shipping from overseas
