Amazing sound
Put these in my 2016 boat that had well ok speakers until i dropped these in sound amazing loud yet clear sound!! For the price you will not find a better speaker. Blaupunkt makes great products!!

    tweeters porky made
    had mine for 4 months sound good but tweeter don't last. mine came apart from speaker and started making noise.

    Purchased these to install in our rv. They work however not quite the quality I remember from this brand of speaker. They get distorted if there is any bass in the music

    Nice speakers, waterproof
    Very nice speakers. We replaced the ones on the exterior of our travel trailer. These are sharp looking and have great sound! Also a blue light!

    Very Disappointing Sound!
    After having great success with their 12" Subs, I decided to try Blaupunkt's 6.5" maine speakers. Bought two pairs for a couple of boats in the lineup. (I install marine electronics, including stereo systems professionally) Installed a pair of these in a boat cabin, along with a pair of 8" Pyle Power series in the cockpit on a 300W system. (75w x 4 channels) Although on the low end price wise, this setup always pleases the customers But when doing the sound check, these speakers did NOT sound good. They were too quiet and muddy at low volumes, and distorted and pop at higher volumes. Wondering if was these speakers, I swapped for the other Blaupunkt, but it was the same. Just to make sure it wasn't the stereo or the lines having issues, I swapped for the second pair. Same terrible sound. Perplexed, I switched them out for the 6.5" Pyle speakers ($13 a pair!) and they sounded good. It was definitely the speakers. They look good and work, but wow, the sound is lame. Cannot recommend ! IF on a shoestring budget, buy the Pyle or any other besides this one. If you have a little more money, I highly recommend the Kenwood KFC series. More costly, but WOW, they have amazing sound, especially the KFC2053. Don't waste your money with these. I wish I could send them back, as they are worthless

    I used these in my van and they can't handle loud music. They lasted about 4 months and then started sounding with a hiss.

    Good for the price
    I got these on clearance so I can't complain. They sound good in my Jeep Wrangler sound bar, much better than the factory paper speakers. Plus they're supposed to be water resistant, since I leave the top off all summer.

    Great price, sound great.. Used the pair on my deck. Went to lowes and bought 2, 6 inch PVC 45 degree pipe fittings and 2, 6 inch drainage grates. Cut the grate with a jig saw to open hole for speaker. Drill holes and fasten speaker to grate. Cool..
