When You Need A Little Heavier Flour
This is a fantastic flour to bake with. I discovered Bob's Red Mill Natural Almond Flour when I needed a slightly heavier alternative flour to traditional flour, which is a genetically modified organism and contains gluten. Bob's Red Mill Natural Almond Flour is not a GMO and does not contain gluten. This is a beautiful flour to work with. It has a lovely almond color and has a heavier, denser texture which is perfect when dealing with breads like Focaccia Bread. It blends in beautifully with the other ingredients in a recipe. Baked goods come out beautiful. I was completely satisfied with the results. Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour is easy to find. It can be purchased in your local grocery store or online. I'll never go back.

If I could give it a lower rating I would. It arrived with the color turnt and the smell and taste terrible. Definitely went bad already. It looks different than all the other times I've bought this item from different retailers. Don't buy it from here!

    Best Pancakes Possible
    Follow the instructions, and this makes the absolute best pancakes ever! Reminds me of crepes. Make sure and melt the butter first before adding to the batter. The butter makes the pancakes brown. Without it, they stay white. Delicious either way.

    Good Product but nutritional info is NOT correct. I have 4 bags with best buy dates Jun 2020 and they list Fat: 5g, Carb: 5g Fiber: 1g Protein: 4g for 2 Tbsp (14g).

    Must For My Keto Bagels
    As a move my diet to a Ketogenic diet, I am enjoying using almond flours to make non-grain versions of my favorite foods like bagels, pancakes, cakes and even pie! This flour is a nice nutty flavor and makes my baked goods hard to distinguish from wheat flour goods. I personally love Bob's Red Mill because the employees are vested in making sure their products are the best to keep customers like me coming back!!
