    I got it by accident because they were out of the all purpose flour I had always used. I make a lot of rolls and cinnamon rolls and I have for over fifty years. My bread that I make with this flour is so soft and light. I will not ever use any other flour in my bread but this. Great product.

    This is absolutely the best bread flour on the market! So yummy! Makes excellent loaves, rolls and Runzas! I wish this was sold locally at Walmart and not only by special order.

    Dutch Oven Artisan Bread comes out perfect every time.
    Marvelous smooth and creamy dough! Best I'm seen yet. And a superlative rise every time. I've used several different brands and Rob's Red Mill Artisan Flour is best in my book. I bake in an Emile Henry Dutch Oven and get perfect results every time with this flour using the recipe on the bag.

    Makes great bread!
    This makes FABULOUS bread. truly. follow the recipe for artisan exactly and you will never buy bread again. nice chewy texture inside, crunchy outside. excellent. Paired it with some truffle and goat cheese. yum way better price here than Amazon.

    Bobs Red Mill Perfect Bread Flour
    I love all of the Bobs Red Mill products that I have used over the years. The yeast is the best, all the different flours are of the highest quality. When I make bread using this flour I know it will turn our to perfection.
