Nice that it's organic, but no flavor
Tried this product in a auto-drip coffeemaker. I was not at all impressed with the Organic Peruvian. This was my first time trying Boca Java (as part of a promotion), I usually frequent a local roasterie for my beans. Luckily the second roast that I tried, Coastal Costa-Rican, was much better.

    Worth a try
    Sometimes can be a bit stronger than one might expect. Overall good. Perhaps it takes some time to find the right balance when preparing of quantity vs water.

    This is the coffee I always keep on hand.
    This coffee has been my go-to selection since I first tried it. It works for every occasion. I use a French press exclusively, so I can't speak to other methods....but I cannot imagine a bad cup of coffee no matter what prep method is used. This selection is mellow, smooth and, well....just perfect. Thanks Boca Java!

    I usually really like Peruvian organic I have to admit I used to buy if from Gevalia and it had so much flavor and aroma -it was my all time favorite coffee. Now they no longer sell it and their rainforest organic is ordinary and I rate this Peruvian organic as ordinary also. Sorry but i was disappointed with the lack of flavor and aroma

    Excellent coffee!
    We have tried so many different coffees and always come back to Pure Peruvian Organic. 1st: it's organic. 2nd: taste and aroma. You can't beat it. My coffee maker grinds the beans just before it brews, and the aroma is intoxicating. The flavor is rich and bold but never bitter and never an aftertaste.

    Can't Get Any Better Than This One!
    I absoulutley LOVE this coffee, it is my favorite. The smell of the beans when you open the bag is amazing the aroma while it's brewing is wonderful and the flavor when you drink is truly an experience that anyone who drinks coffee should exprence at lest once in there life time. I love this coffee at anytime of day and night, it's truly a calming cup of coffee.

    I will continue buying this product
    I brew this coffee on a daily basis and every morning the aroma draws me to my first cup and by mid-morning it is gone. It has a smooth taste and not bitter at all and no after taste. I get upset when I have used the whole bag [...] The only complaint the bags aren't big enough.

    Peruvian Organic is the Best!!!
    I am an early bird, up before 4AM. To smell that coffee before I wake. My wife makes it just like heaven. I can't wait for that first mouthful before I hit the shower to start the day, you can't believe the difference a good cup makes. The morning she handed me the Peruvian Organic coffee, I almost forgot I had to go to work. I sat to have a second cup, not getting ready for work. She has tried different coffees, but not for the mornings, why mess with perfection!

    Expected a little more flavor....
    I was truly excited to find that Boca Java offered a Peruvian coffee - even more so when it said "Pure" and "Organic." Peruvian is probably one of my favorites - usually very rich, aromatic and flavorful, and out of the 4 coffees that I chose as my first option for delivery, this was the best. However, I wish now that I'd chosen whole bean instead of universal grind (just goes to show you can't be lazy!! LOL), because I use a bit finer grind than what I was shipped. That's okay though - I've chosen whole bean for my next shipment, and we'll see how it goes.
