Ok for a while
We purchased this chair about a year ago. Loved the chair!! It is oversized and very comfy. It went well for a while then we noticed the leather began to tear. Slowly, the material has seperated. Then the handle that's used to adjust the chair stopped working. I am very disappointed in the craftmanship of this product. Of course we have tossed the box and have no idea on where the receipt is... So, we can't return it! We are now seaching for another chair.

    For the price, OK.
    All good except the chair arms are too low, arms need to be adjustable or 3 to 4" higher. Easy to set up.

    I would buy again
    Wasn't hard at all to put together. The cushions are full and very comfortable.. Giving to someone as a Christmas gift and I am sure they will just love it.

    Has the looks! Thats it!
    Junk, Junk, I've had the chair around three weeks. The ram that lifts and lowers the chair is leaking oil, The (NOT LEATHER) Chair is coming apart at the seems in the seat area. Not worth the money at all. Looks really nice, thats it. I need it for more than it's looks! LOL.......

    okay-has some disadvantages
    This is a pretty good chair. It has one big disadvantage that most of these chairs have. The armrest are made of plastic and tend to break at the point where the screws go through them. Both the armrest of my former chair(another brand) broke, at different times. I replace the first one since the chair was under warrenty, but t he second one I just gave up, since they were going to break again. I hope these hold up longer. The bottom seat cushion could be thicker. It tends to bottom out with repeated use. Otherwise, this seems to be a pretty good chair.

    not good long term
    We have this chair and it is falling apart. we are already in the market for a new one. It never was quite level when we put it together from the get go, and now it is almost comical to look at it is so bowed down on the one side. The faux leather has a very large hole in it from wear and it is just generally not well made. If you sit in your chair every so often it would be okay I think, but if you would want to use it frequently I wouldn't recommend.
