Great tasting coffee
This coffee taste so good! I love that it's whole bean coffee so you can freshly grind it every day. It makes it taste all the better because it has such a sweet smell and taste. You can taste a slight lemon and seeet flavor to it. This is such a unique coffee I really love the flavors. This review was collected as part of a promotion, and the opinions are my own.

Kind of lackluster for being a more local brand
I was very excited to try this fair trade organic coffee from Boulder, CO. It definitely came across as a light roast, holding up to its description. I was half expecting the company to have a recommendation about the ratio of grounds to water, sadly the bag did not. I went off instincts and did two tablespoons for every six ounces of water and it still came out semi week tasting. I love the flavor of coffee so this was a bit disappointing. I enjoyed that the coffee is fair trade and usda organic, but I think there are other brands out there for half the price that compare to this coffee. In short if I was served this i would drink it, but probably would not purchase again. This review was collected as part of a promotion, and the opinions are my own.

    Delightful cup of coffee
    I love coffee. This was really flavorful and the flavor was amazing. I could tell even before it was finished brewing that this would be a great cup of coffee. Once brewed, it was one of the best home brewed cups of coffee that I've ever had. I love light roast coffee, and this did not skimp on the flavor.     Perfect Coffee
    I love this coffee. First impression when I got the package were good. I really like the description of the coffee on the package. The smell when opening the package was good and the smell when grinding the beans were even better. I can usually tell if I'll enjoy a coffee by those smells alone. I made a small pot to try when getting the coffee because I couldn't wait for morning. I love Ethiopian coffee. Don't let the term 'light roast' steer you away. This coffee is full flavor and has a great aroma and taste. It is slightly sweet and doesn't leave a bitter aftertaste. Highly recommended!     Amazing brew as an espresso
    The bean are so fresh you can smell the sweetness through the package. It took a few tries to find the right grind setting for this bean, but oh my was it delicious once I was dialed in. I made a perfect espresso for me and an amazing cappuccino for my wife. The only negative is the price, but I might be hooked for more once this bag runs out.     Well worth the premium
    Boulder Organic Coffee makes a wonderful pot of coffee. The Ethiopia Sidamo light roast was worth the effort of home grinding the whole beans. It produced a rich and inviting aroma that enhanced my experience. The coffee is flavorful, and it has depth. The coffee is smooth and well developed.     Nice, light roast
    This coffee is the perfect afternoon-style roast. It is roasted to order by a company in Boulder, CO with beans that are grown ethically and sourced fairly in Ethiopia. The aroma is clean and light and I like that it is whole bean style, so I can grind as little or as much as I need.     Great coffee in a press or a drip
    Its a bright coffee and is comparable to other artisan coffees that weve had in the past. My husband and I enjoy using coffee beans because of the freshness. Natural Ethiopia Sidamo has a great flavor in a black cup of coffee, even before I added my creamer to the cup.
