Bold and smooth coffee
This Boulder organic coffee Sumatra is different experience. As soon as you open the packaging the coffee aroma takes over the room and is very pleasant. The flavor is bold and I was highly impressed with the quality. The taste is perfect for me and I look forward to brewing a cup every morning. Not for me
Unfortunately, this coffee is not for me. I will not be purchasing again. I normally enjoy Sumatran coffee, but this coffee simply did not have any good flavoring. It tasted very stale, and I had to add lots of cream and sugar to be able to drink it. It was comparable to day old gas station coffee - that's how much I did not like it. I honestly don't think I'll even finish the bag even though I hate to waste things. This review was collected as part of a promotion, and the opinions are my own.

    This review was collected as part of a promotion And let me tell you, I had my doubts.... upon purchasing my doubts were confirmed; I don't enjoy this product. The pizza flavor is sort of there for sure, but this is a stale tasting crunch and a salty backbone with a lingering irritation and after taste. It's a small pack so I'd hate to call it a snack and as purely just a protein addition I'd never choose these over another product or another means of protein intake

    Very convenient for organic fresh roasted coffee
    These are good quality coffee beans. I would call them a light to medium roast which is my preference, and they seem very fresh. The pricing matches what I would usually pay for fresh roasted local beans at the coffee store so I consider that you pay a premium for freshness. I do think for the price this should be a 16oz bag, but I appreciate that it is good quality and more impressively, organic.     Excellent freshly roasted coffee
    This was a little different than the coffee I usually drink, but it was pretty good. Aroma: The aroma of the beans is wonderful; you can tell they are freshly roasted (the sticker indicated it was roasted 6 days ago). Taste: I brewed it in a moka pot with a fine grind. The flavor is very mild, a little earthy with quite a bit of smokiness--not as robust or flavorful as i usually like, but I found it to be smooth and pleasant, if a little more acidic than I prefer. Overall a great medium roast. The freshness comes through brilliantly. I would drink it again and would be interested to try some of this roaster's darker offerings.     Earthy Coffee
    This Sumatra blend is a little different than others I have tried. It is not at dark and bold as they normally are. It starts out with a bold flavor but overall is mellow. You can definitely taste the "earthy" flavor that they mention on the bag. There is a hint of sweetness at the end. I don't think it is necessarily worth the price point even considering the fair trade aspect but it is an okay every day coffee.     Great coffee
    This coffee is a very smooth full bodied medium roast coffee. It grinds up good and makes the whole kitchen smell like a coffee shop. Very fresh and enjoyable taste.     Pricy but good
    I am a mom of three small children and work full time, so coffee is a way of life. The first thing I noticed about this coffee was its strong smell. I don't mind a strong coffee but this seemed like it was going to be over roasted. I ground it up and brewed it, same strong smell. I added my normal creamer to it and was surprised by how smooth the flavor was. Medium roast is an accurate descriptor, plus it's fair trade so it is guilt-free. That being said, at the price point plus shipping, I think I'd rather stick with my local coffee houses' roasts, but I'm not mad I have a bag to finish.     Awesome cup of coffee
    This coffee came freshly roasted and smelled amazing when I opened the package. I was able to grind it easily and brew a cup of coffee. The taste was amazing.     Good fresh roast!
    I recently ordered Boulder Organic Coffee. I was worried when it didnt ship with the rest of my order but when I received the package, I realized that it was FRESH! The date was four days from when I received it! That is special! I chose the medium roast Sumatra. It is very smooth and smelled amazing as I ground the beans!
