Makes work easier
This has been a very useful time saver for us, as now we can scan copies of checks to the payment made. I love this machine and will recommend to anyone !!

Won't scan and attach to email
This scanner will only attach to Microsoft outlook or Windows mail. I even contacted customer support to make sure I understood clearly that this brand new scanner couldn't perform this simple task of attaching a scan to the email software we use. Get the Epson ES-400 instead. It's DocCapture software is great.

    Works great - small foot print - very fast.
    I wish I had done this years ago. The 2700 is very reliable, I have had no issues and have scanned well over 2000 pages so far, 80% of which are duplex documents. Simple, easy, quick is how I would describe this product.

    Pays for itself immediately.
    I've been dealing with all-in-one printer/scanner/copiers for years and years and while they have been okay, I have been frustrated. I finally decided to go with a standalone device. I wish I had done so years ago! This machine paid for itself in its ease of use and lack of frustration with its first scan.

    My New Scanner
    I love it. I had an old scanner and had to scan one page at a time. This multipage, double sided scanner is small, fast, efficient and easy to use. Also come with extra software. I love it. It come in handy in so many ways!

    Best investment!
    I purchased this to help my dad organize his business paper work and receipts. This has been my life savor. I highly recommend this scanner. It scans very quickly and sharp image. I love the receipt feature of how the program can analyze it. Not to mention the instal was super easy! I use it with my MacPro

    Like the girl with the strawberry curl
    Once connected, it is fantastic. Getting it connected wireless is a nightmare, unpredictable. One day it works, an hour later, no way... Machine says "connected", computer can't find it. Then it works out of the blue and is terrific from there out. Fix the connectivity and it would be six stars!

    Fast and Easy to Install
    This scanner is very fast. Of note is the ease of installation on Windows 10. My prior scanner always had a problem with wireless network connectivity. The ADS-2700W connected to my WiFi network without a hitch. Brother also provides software that adds functionality to the scanner but I haven't had a chance to check it out yet. I highly recommend this scanner.
