Very good AC and heater
I have no negatives to report. The thing that surprised me the most is how quiet it is. I took a long time looking at many systems and could not be happier. I live in SoCal and can't afford to run my AC. I needed something that works really well and this does.I highly recommend.

DIDN'T EVEN LAST A FULL YEAR!!! DON'T BUY!!!
It stopped working 2 days before the first year was up!!! You have to catch the water in your own container from the top drainage hole, and its quite a chore! In winter, the water drains out of the bottom drainage hole, and it wont drain UPWARDS into yiur container so I had to empty it into a trash bag laying flat on the floor about every 3 hours! Will NEVER purchase one again!!! Could ‘t see where it could even be returned for not lasting a full year!!! Go with the GE window unit, which was out of stock right in the middle of a heat wave!!! I bought a GE 14,000 BTU window unit from Lowes. It does a much better job of cooling, too!!! PLUS, it works on a thermostat!! And NO heavy water container to empty!!!

1.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser08/24/2020Save your money. After 3 months, it quit working. Seems like a compressor. Seems like a rather expensive price to pay for a fan. Will not purchase a replacement from Walmart.Tom

5.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser07/17/2018Worth the Money!I have this unit for 2 weeks now. Oh boy, it surprises me with the ability to crank out cold air. This is a powerful unit; it only took 15 minutes to cool my 200 sqft room from 83° to 75°. An hour later, the room was 65°. The unit is solid; the attachments are not flimsy (much better than the Frigidaire). Wait and see on the durability; fingers crossed. I am going to get another CCH (10k btu) unit to replace the Frigidaire.James
