warranty frustration
I made this purchase for my son and he absolutely loves it. However within a couple months the black sensor footing step on one side has completely come apart off the device, I purchased a warranty however because it's under a year since my purchase I have to go through the manufacturer which is turning into a huge hassle! I have sat here for almost an hour calling different places, chatting with multiple different people to still be at step 1 getting nowhere!!

Manufactured defect.
The insert for the item to be charged is broken. When you try to insert the charger, it goes all the way in. I need to return it and get a new one, this is for my 7 yr old grandson and I dont want him to get electrocuted .

    Smell of fire is scary!
    Pros: really easy for little kids to use! Really nice bright colors! Speaker is pretty amazing! Cons: I received this in the mail yesterday. And it smells like its melting when u turn it on. Even while charging. Battery life is horrid! My son is 48 lbs and it dies in 30-45 min. My other son has the jetson and it runs for a few hrs! And does not smell like its on fire!!!!! Very scary

    Great gift bluetooth speaker issues
    Overall it is a great gift and my 11 yr (who it was intended) for and my 7 yr old love it. I gave it 3 stars because the blue tooth speaker doesn't work unless you are standing still. I was expecting it to play as she rode! I may need to send it back because I think itd a glitch!!!

    This product isn't good at all .. it came late ..soon as my son got on it he had to charge it , the charger piece broke and now its just junk at this point haven't had it fa a full week...I wouldn't recommend at all

    Do not purchase this item. It only worked for 2 days then never again. Trying to return it was the worse thing to do. Besides not being able to talk to someone that I understood the face me the runarounds. All in all don't this item

    Not what I would recommend
    Returned this back to the store. This hoverboard would shake uncontrollably when my daughter would ride it. I was scared it would throw her off. I gave it 2 stars because the overall color and design was nice.
