Did not power on
I bought this item for Christmas and it would not turn on unless it's was plugged in. Even the shipping box that is cashew in was generic and damaged.

    DO NOT BUY
    I got this hoverboard for my son for Christmas and it's not even a week later and it's not working. It keeps beeping as if it needs to be charged but it won't charge. I honestly should've listened to the other reviews about the battery not holding a charge a few days after purchasing but my son loves Spiderman so much I decided to still give it a try. Please don't waste your time purchasing this!!!!!!!

    Doesnt hold charge after a couple of uses
    I bought this for my then 5 year old son for christmas. He absolutely loved it. Then we went on christmas vaction. We came back feom christmas vaction he wenr to ride it. It wasnt charged. He charhed it and rode it and it worked fine. He went to ride it again and it keeps beeping. He didnt tell me he just wenr about his lofe playing with other toys.. i noticed recently that he wasnt riding it. He then told me it keeps beeping. So i charged it over night and the next day let him go ride it and it kept beeping.. i charged it again and the next day he still couldn't ride it and keeps beeping and flashing red.. whixh indicates to me that it nolonger holda a charge..

    Horrible product
    Horrible product and had nothing but problems. Can not get ahold of any company or associate to talk the about the problems. The number on the manual just constantly beeps busy. Walmart should not even let these people sell this product through them!

    Do Not Buy This Cheap Hoover Board! 3 day use only
    This product was broken after 3 days of opening on Christmas Day. Bought it on the 8th of December. Now they are telling me I cant return it. It doesnt hold a charge and it is falling apart. The quality was horrible my daughter is 17 she only use it 3 days before the side came lose then she complained that she had to charge it up all night to ride it for an hour a day. I want my money back or a better quality! No acceptable at all! Now it doesnt even charge!

    Fun to ride
    My 9 year old loves this. He has been riding it all around the house, non stop since Christmas. The manual that came with it is useless but we have our son always make sure to only plug it in when it beeps indicating a low battery and when he plugs it in always unplug it as soon as the light shows fully charged. So far so good. The lights over one wheel have gone out but we can live with that.

    Pretty Cool But Beware It Stops Working.
    I bought this for my 7 year old son for a Christmas gift. He opened it up on Christmas and 7 days later it stopped working. My son really loved it. I tried contacted the number that's was on the hoverboard and the phone rang off the hook. So now I'm asking for a refund from Walmart. Also the speaker whenever you turn it on is soooo loud. You are not able to adjust it.

    Useless instructions, poorly translated
    Hoverboard stopped working after one day. Board would only turn in one direction. We tried troubleshooting with the directions but, they were translated very poorly. The words were English however, the sentences did not make sense. Waiting to here back from the company. Grandson very disappointed for Christmas.
