Taste The Quality
Only takes one sip for the premium quality and rich robust flavor of Caribou to shine through. Caribou is very well balanced, smooth and fresh with no bitter acidic after taste. Fantastic cold as well.

Not as good as our regular brand
I was looking forward to trying this coffee to compare taste and price with our usual brand. Our usual brand is also a medium roast. We tried it every morning for 4 days. The instructions on the package recommend using one tablespoon of coffee per cup of water. This sounded like way too much as we only use 4 tablespoons for 8 cups of our regular brand. We tried our usual formula the first day. The coffee seemed a little thin on flavor, so we tried 5 tablespoons per 8 cups the next day. This seemed like a pretty good strength, but we still didn't like the taste of the coffee as well as our usual brand. It lacked the deep roasted mellow taste we are used to. We tried another pot with these proportions. We still didn't like the taste. So we tried the next pot using 6 tablespoons per 8 cups of water just to give it another chance. This resulted in making it stronger than we like, plus it had a slight bitter taste. We still did not like it. Even if the price of the Caribou coffee was considerably less than our regular brand, we would not buy it. We just did not like the taste.

    Its Ok
    Its a medium blend that is ok, I prefer more flavor and richness. I run it through my K-cup machine so that might make a difference in the flavor profile so like I said its ok.

    Good taste.
    The first pot did not taste like a stronger blend we were used to so I made the next pot stronger. It has a nice flavor but may go back to the stronger blend.
