    Great sound broke mic
    Mic did not work. Returned. The headset its self sounded great, for wireless headset I have to say I'm impressed. I'd recommend buying this product new.

    Not a quality Refurb Job.....buyers be advised
    These are (were) top-notch headphones. I purchased the refurbished ones to save money as they are for my kids. I expected refurbished to be "factory refurbished" like to you get from Apple or Bose. That was not the case. The headphones were clearly used. Not clean. Had no instructions and the boxes had been taped together so poorly they looked like trash. I hope they work (over time) better than they look, otherwise, this was an expensive mistake.

    Try refurbished
    So far so good. I bought this midrange model at below bottom model price. So happy I tried. I had 30 days to return in store and ended up purchasing the extended warranty online later for $7. I am now guaranteed a fully functioning quality gaming headset for the next 3 years. Oh yeah and it came in the mail 3 working days later to Hawaii during COVID. Thanks for not using that as an excuse to send my package late like Amazon.
