Not totally happy
I have the 2121 model without the side smoker and was a bit disappointed with the cover. Seems not to be manufactured by Char-Griller, was not the 2121 model cover without a side smoker, and came in a plain plastic cover with no information of reference to Char-Griller. When placing it on my grille, discovered it has the side smoker cover. It wouldn't have been a problem if there was velcro to hold the side smoker portion in place. It'll work and I'll probably have to get a side smoker due to no place to attach or store the smoker cover. I wanted to talk to a team member through the Chat, although the "help is available" notice is on, no one to talk to (waited 5 minutes, then left).

    Great BBQ and Cover!!
    My husband and I love our BBQ and our new cover! Keeps the grill clean and the yard looking neat! The cover arrived fast and we're very happy with i! It fits perfect and has room to spare!

    I have found char-griller products well worth the money.
    The cover is heavy duty and protects the grill from the elements. I do not have the smoker attachment but the cover is expandable to to cover one should it be added later.
