Great purchase
I love my grill!! Great size for a big family. This grill is heavy and sturdy. The only bad thing about this grill is building it, It took longer then I expected. You have to move it around n loosen the bolt so it can match the hole to screw it in. Other then that it's perfect

    Large Heavy Duty Grill
    This grill is much bigger and heavier than expected. I thought it was going to be some lightweight thin metal grill but it is just the opposite. The smoke box is a grill in itself it is 15 inches by 10 inches. You can probably fit about 9 burgers on it. The main cooking grate is huge it is 33 inches by 19 inches that is almost a whole yard of cooking area!!!! Its like an outdoor kitchen. The things i did not like about it is that the front shelf was bent in places from being packed in the box (pieces are very heavy)and some holes to attatch the smoker box were not in alignment with the main part of the grill so we had to drill our own holes :( other than that it is a fantastic grill for a cookout. I would recommend this grill for large or small cookouts. It also looks great on the porch.

    Seems well built and very solid.
    Went together pretty well. Was delivered by fedex,no damage to box,all parts were fine. Haven't used it yet,but will update review if there is a problem. Grill seems very solid,it's very heavy!!

    decent smoker
    works as intended. the assembly was a little difficult because the bottom part of the main drum was a little crooked so it would not align with the cover. after some work i managed to align it so now is fine. have used it only twice as smoker so far and it was good for beginners like me.

    Love the options for small grill, large/enormous grill, or smoker. Good thickness metal. I added gaskets and seam sealer. Take the time to assemble square and on level ground

    Do Not Buy Rusty Grill
    After one use it it externally rusted all over, doesn't hold heat, and the built in thermometer isn't accurate at all. I removed/cleaned used charcoal, ensured the iron grates were greased/lubricated after use, and properly covered the grill as well. Even after doing all this the entire inside of the grill rusted all all to include the attached smoker! (I've never experienced this with any of my former grills or smokers). DO NOT BUY!!!

    Grill came in very poor condition
    The box came in really bad shape and when we opened it, the hardware was scattered all over. There were 2 owner's manuals both on Spanish. We put the grill together using an online version of the manual. Several screws and locking washers were missing. One of the grates came broken. The side shelf support came bent. If we had not spent so much time putting it together we would have returned it; now we have to deal with customer service to try to resolve theses issues. The two middle grates are almost too short for the width of the grill, they sit on the very edge of the support which if you look closely at the picture is slightly bent. Overall I am disappointed in this purchase. I purchased my previous chargriller grill from Home Depot and had none of these issues. Lastly this grill doesn't come with a warming rack, so if you need one you'll have to buy it separately.

    Metal is thin, kinda flimsy. Grill box is bent so racks don't sit on it correctly will have to hammer it on or return this one

    Poorly Manufactured Dissatisfied Customer
    I thought I would enjoy this grill for my son's college graduation bar-b-que but unfortunately not. While using the grill we noticed that grease was dripping from the grill because there is no drip tray for this grill or a resting grate. This could have lead to a potential fire. Luckily my neighbor was able to assist us with it until we put the coals out. My son's party was ruined! The person who designed this grill needs to go back to the drawing board. I will be returning for a complete refund!

    DO NOT GET ASSEMBLY ADD ON
    DO NOT GET THE ASSEMBLY ADD ON!!! We received our smoker on the 23rd and it was scheduled to be assembled at 2pm on the 27th. i got a text at noon saying they had to reschedule for 7pm on Wednesday August 31st. i wanted to cancel but it is non refundable!!!!!! what a wast of $60
