Love this!
I got this on black Friday for a great price! It heats up my apt very well. I use it for my kitchen and living room. It's very nice looking and the heater is extremely quiet! You can use the fireplace without the heater being on also. The size is perfect, not to small, not to big! I'd buy one again if I ever needed another one.

upon receiving this stove and taking it out of the big shipping box from Walmart it came in another box that was all ripped on the side. taking the stove out the right side of the stove was all dented in, you could not put the legs on as whomever put the stove together before shipment put the bottom on with screws coming through the wrong way. I am a disabled person who tries to do most everything on their own and putting legs on anything should be very simple this was not.

    Amazing must have
    This little heater is a powerhouse! We live in a 2100 sq ft corner unit apartment. Bought this heater to supplement the heat that doesn't work properly. This heater heats the entire unit. Even 35 * nights. It was extremely easy to put the legs on with a long handle screwdriver. It is so cute and takes up very little space. I would HIGHLY recommend this heater!!

    Cute and Quaint for a Small Space.
    Really love this little fireplace, the blower pushes the heat into the room. The faux ambiance of a real fireplace look is also nice. The only thing I disliked is the legs are plastic, not a fan. It also doesn't have a remote control which would have made it 5 stars for me.

    Cute and quiet
    You have to have a screwdriver, very small screws. I am a single woman and it was pretty simple and easy to build. The heater is cute and VERY quiet compared to other space heaters. I use electric heaters for my apartment instead of gas heat to save money. This seems to be doing the trick :) works well.

    Solid purchase. Recommend.
    I read the reviews before purchasing, so I knew to expect the legs to be tough to screw on. Use a long-handled phillips screwdriver. I also recommend a tweezers (if you don't have a magnetized screwdriver) and a headlamp. Set the screws before tightening. I had minimal issues wth the right tools. I expected the fireplace to be tiny (I have a hard time visualizing how things will look based on dimensions), but it's sturdy and not ridiculously small. I love to just turn on the "flames" and sit by my Chrstmas tree. So cozy! My son-in-law admired it a couple nights after set up, so we came back to buy a second one, but missed the sale price. We still bought it. I bought this more for coziness than warmth, but it puts out enough heat to warm me up while I doze on the couch. See other reviews for specifics on heat output. The controls are a little confusing as I'm not sure which one I'm supposed to click (1500w or 1000w) so will have to ask the expert (hubby). He's usually pretty critical about stuff I purchase for the house, but I got no complaints (and he's the one who purchased the second one). Does have a slight odor with first use, but that seems to have gone away. I'm happy with it.

    Really like this heater, I actually purchased two. I wanted a space heater that had a fireplace just so it wasn't an eyesore and it sounded nice. This works great in our room, the garage not as much but I didn't expect it to. I do wish it had a remote for when I'm cozy in bed and don't want to turn it off but other than that I really like it. Got it on Black Friday for $50? I believe. If it was like $70 I would not purchase again

    This is a very sturdy and attractive space heater. It actually warms up my huge (11.5'x19') kitchen. The heat also rises up my steps that border one side of the kitchen and heat my bed room on the second floor. It is listed as white but it is more like a cream color.

    Great $$ for the large area its supposed to heat.
    This heater arrived superfast. It was purchased as a gift for someone so I was disappointed when the first thing I saw after pulling it out of the box was a dent on the very thin looking metal top. Why?? The box wasn't damaged at all, so it seems it must have been dented before it was even packed!! I've already read other reviews from customers also receiving this same unit with dent/dents. The box itself didn't appear damaged, so it seems the dent happened BEFORE the packer even placed it inside box, which makes it all the more disappointing. Maybe it really should be made with a slightly tougher thicker higher quality metal to avoid it being so easily damaged!! Other than that, only time will tell if it really helps heat up large spaces as advertized, which I'm really hoping for. If so, it will at least prove a great heating source for the price. Glad you provide an ample time period for returns.

    Great heater just assembling it is an ordeal
    The legs… the legs! After using a flashlight, tweezers and a screw driver..a lot of “words” later… finally assembled. Whoever designed the legs… slap yourself. Now that I've got it put together, it's a pretty cool little fireplace heater.

    I absolutely love this fireplace heater.
    I absolutely love this fireplace heater. It's just beautiful yes the legs can be difficult to get on but not as bad as people are saying put the screws in first and then you'll have no problem. Yes this thing can get hot. If I had the money available I would buy three more. I purchased the bronze heater.

    Positive with caveat
    This is a small unit that is fine for supplemental heat in a 500sq ft space but not for the advertised 1000sq ft . Pleasant faux flame effects. Simple leg assembly with 3 screws for each leg . Not sure why some complain about assembly, it's about as easy as it gets . For $50 this was a decent buy for what it is.
