It walks and roars!!!!
This is a cool toy! It totally surpassed my expectations. My kids love how big and realistic it is. It literally walks as it roars and moves it's mouth and tail. It is that cool! The feet glide on a flat hard surface. It only walks forward when switched on. Although it can move forward and back because it has wheels. The eyes and mouth light up too when on. It is a big dinosaur but not heavy. My four year old can carry it around. The colors and design makes it look realistic. It does not come fully assembled, therefore you must only place the tail in place to get it ready to be played with. Batteries are not included. It uses three AA batteries. So make sure to include batteries if gifted to someone. It would be the best toy to gift to any three plus year old that loves dinosaurs because it is the best dinosaur toy I have seen or known about. I highly recommend it!

Lots of problems! I do not recommend!
This T-Rex Dinosaur walking toy could potentially be a fun toy if it weren't for all the flaws. The dinosaur comes in two separate pieces: the body and the tail. It is quite simple to attach to tail to the dinosaur's body. Three AA batteries (not included) are installed on the tail. This, to me, was the first flaw because, without the tail, the toy will not work. The on/off button is on the dinosaur's belly. One of the spikes on the tail acts as a release for the tail, which is a cause for concern. If a child were to accidentally press the button, the tail will detach and the mechanism that makes the entire toy work could be damaged. Another flaw is that the battery cover didn't come with a screw that would keep the cover on. The cover kept coming off when my son was playing with it and I ended up taping it on. After installing the batteries, attaching the tail, and turning on the button, the toy will automatically walk, make extremely loud dinosaur noises, move its arms, open its mouth, and extend its neck. The eyes and tongue light up when in use as well. The noise it makes is very loud and can be extremely irritating after a while. The motion and noise are constant if the button is turned to on. It is not motion activated. My four-year-old enjoys playing with the dinosaur while it's not turned on but is very put off by how loud it is when it is on. This toy could have potential, but the design flaws make me cringe.

    T-Rex Dinosaur Toy Walking Dinosaur is a very unique toy. The ultimate roaring, glowing, and walking is great to keep my 3 year old son interested but there is no on/off switch so after hours of listening adults and older children may want to pull their hair out. Plus side is that the battery compartment is within the tail of this Dino and the tail is removable. Once'd removed the T-Rex doesn't walk, roar, or glow so that is what we have been doing for bed time for our 3 year old and nap time for Ultimate T-Rex.

    Great dinosaur for a dinosaur lover!
    This T Rex walking dinosaur is cute and kinda cool but my five year old lost interest with in about a half hour. This T. rex dinosaur does walk and makes dinosaur noises and lights up but the dinosaur just was not enough to keep my sons interested in it. My son is five and honestly has not even played with it After the day the Trex came in the mail. It really doesn't do enough to keep his attention it didn't come with any weapons or anything like that it's just a walking dinosaur that makes dinosaur noises and lights up.The body on the dinosaur is textured and the color are nice and life like Lol I guess if you have a smaller child this would be good maybe like between the ages of maybe Three or four but, I would think a two year old might get a little scared because of the lights and sounds of this TRex .The TRex does look really neat and the sounds are a loud roar but for a smaller child could be a little scary. He is actually as pictured that very dark color with a scary look . If you have a child that is really into dinosaurs this would be perfect because it Does he have a Lot of action to him.

    My two year old is a dinosaur lover! If it's a dinosaur, he's gotta have it! He screeches every time he turns it on and likes to pretend it's chasing him. It takes three AA batteries. Only downside I've noticed is that it didn't come with a screw to keep the battery compartment closed.

    My grandson luvs this Tyrannosaurus Rex. This toy is very well made and easy to assemble. My grandson luvs everything about this dinosaur. It walks , makes sounds and the tail moves. My grandson plays with this toy for hours. I definitely recommend this toy.

    The T-Rex Dinosaur is a perfect gift for your little one. T-Rex can move both feet moving forward. One foot goes in front of the other by scooting. His tail is detached when T-Rex comes to you. You will need to add 3AA batteries (not included). The tail snap to T-Rex very easy. The red on and off button is under his tail. Once you turn the switch to the on position, sit back and watch T-Rex walk across your floor! His tail moves, and his jaws open and closes with a live Dinosaur sound. There is no way to turn the volume up or down. Our grandson loves anything to do with T-Rex, he has had hours of fun. His headlights up and gives our grandchild hours of fun. He likes to play with T-Rex with the lights turned off at night, he glows Grandma! Nothing like watching your child or grandchild enjoying their young years of life. I strongly recommend T-Rex to any child of 3+ of age, boy or a girl. this is a perfect gift for a birthday or Christmas, or just because. We may end up purchasing another one for our granddaughter, she likes playing with Wyatt's T-Rex. We have purchased a few dinosaurs in the past, this one if far the best.

    Works great! Just loud with no off button
    My son absolutely LOVES this dinosaur but he became affected by the pandemic's “battery shortage”... This thing starts up and never turns off. There is no off switch, timer or sensors to make it stop roaring.. Unfortunately, this may not end up with batteries for a while. My son loves it though! Easy to add batteries (although the battery hatch was missing the screw to hold it in), the tail pops on rather easy, and the lights, sounds and movements are very nice.

    Great Action Dinosaur
    Woo, this dinosaur looks great! By far more detail than any previous dinosaur we have had. Sturdy, great design, and colors. When arrived my son and I were eager to open. Requires 3 AA Batteries, that are not included and need to attach his tail. Easy and quick assembly. Simply On/Off switch located under the dinosaur's belly. Jaw, head, arms, legs and tail all move. Dinosaur moves great along our tiled floor. Great feature are the bright lights for his eyes and tongue! My son loves the loud roaring noise the T-Rex makes. The T-Rex continuously moves, walks and makes noise until switched off. (A bit of a forewarning, as it is louder than I expected) Overall, my son is very happy and plays with this action toy often.

    Absolutely a blast!
    My kids have so much fun with this dinosaur. Especially when they realized it walks, lights up, and roars! It requires 3 AA batteries that aren't included. It has a switch that you can turn on and off the noise. My kids have played with it on to destroy a city with their hot wheels or turned off to play with other dinosaurs. I love that they can use their imagination with this dinosaur and best of all they can play together! My son was pretending it was attacking his sister and he needed to shoot it. They have played with this toy everyday for hours. We have taken it outside on the concrete and it walks great. Carpet is a little slower walk but the Dino can still walk on it. It's a very fun toy for all ages. My husband and I even got a kick out of it and it's a decent size. The quality is great! My daughter just turned one and loves to throw everything. The dinosaur is still working great and in great shape!

    Toddler loves it!
    Let me start off by saying my almost 3 year old daughter is obsessed with this TRex!!! It walks on hard floor not carpet and it makes the rawrr noise which she loves. It's mouth opens and she puts toys in its mouth, I think the tongue lighting up is so unique . If your looking for a trex for your child look no further this toy is super cool to my toddler and it does have an on and off switch if you get tired of the noise.
