Wonderful Watch and a keepsake.
I've had this month for about two years now and I've worn it every day for those two years and nothing has gone wrong with it. The only two things I have to gripe about is the hand's illumination. For one thing they never really worked, the illumination feature and I do not know if that is because of a defect or what, but it only has a visible glow for about 1 minute after the lights go out despite being outside in sunny weather all day. The glass as well, there is no bevel so every time you hit it against something hard it scratches and I am a very active person so I have a lot of scratches, it does not take away from the functionality of the watch though.

Nice watch overall
My girlfriend bought me this watch to celebrate my new position with a new company. I first saw this watch on Amazon and mentioned that I was going to purchase it. I really like the Citizen brand especially the eco-drive technology which means no battery changes. The quality of the watch is very nicely done which I come to expect from Citizen. The color is great and it can go with multiple outfits. The only thing that could be a negative is that the band is thicker than a regular watch band. Also, I'm not sure if it is even real leather. Overall, I say it's 4.5 stars and I would recommend.

    Very good looking watch. The 2nd watch band loop should not be free wheeling and should be attached to the band. The calendar date numerals should be bigger. Other than that, I was surprised I like the size and the overall look. I thought the 45mm would be too big for me, but it is not.

    My dad 1st nice watch.
    I love your watches and own a few when I have money to buy another, but for my dad's birthday I buy him this one from a store in Orlando. Gave it to him and he wore it everyday never took it off. :-) He loved it. Always show it proudly. His last few weeks in the hospital he asked for it but my mom was scared it be stollen. My mom just gave me the watch and nothing was wrong with it but the band is almost broken by the buckle. It will never leave my watch collection now. Glad I can trust this company with great watches.

    Quality watch with a nice 50s aviators style!
    I have owned this watch for a month right now and I am very happy with it, because its a nice looking watch which is very legible. I did had to get used to the good quality leather strap because it didn't fit nicely om my wrist immediatley... But after a few weeks it perfectly fits on my small wrist. Do please buy this watch if you want an outstanding, quirky and legible watch!

    Great Watch but Eco Drive not designed for Winter
    Love the watch, I have had it now for about two months. Looks great. My only concern has to do with the Eco Drive charging system that obviously was not designed for Pacific Northwest winters. Due to the weather I have had one time the watch started to run slow so I had to charge it by leaving it on the dash while at work. With the short days I have done this now three times in two months (the last two times as a preemptive measure on sunny days). This gives me another reason to look forward to short sleeve days. This summer I should be able to get it up to a full charge. Even so as noted above I do love the watch.

    Great watch, looks good, and functions as it should. Band is not suitable for folks with massive wrists like myself. Replaced band with a top grain NATO band from local leather shop, love it.

    Nice clean watch,different.
    Other then the leather strap being to short. I like the watch. Why does all my other Citizen watches, have one or two links, removed, and this watch. I can only tighten to the secant hole. Had I tried the watch at R J Jeweler in stead from Citizen watch. I would have not purchased it, due to the short strap. Had this not been a issue. I would have given you an FIVE.

    Fantastic Quality Watch
    Lots of people complain that the leather band is too thick, and it becomes difficult to perhaps it is difficult to place through the band ring. However, after a few weeks of use, everything get worked in quite nicely. Large Aviator face. Date. Scratch resistant bezel and crystal.

    Excellent Everyday Carry
    I've been carrying this thing for a few months now, and can say that it's a pretty excellent piece. It's quite nice looking and is durable too. The Eco-Drive is quite a nice feature as well. My one complaint is that it's a tad heavier than I'd like, although it's easy to get used to after it's been strapped on you for awhile. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
