Delivery person had to have gotten a wet hand off the bottom of the box. I've used this product in the past and do like the way it works.UofMGuy

This product is the only one I found that has really been effective at controlling the problem. The higher dollar products work but are too expensive to have to buy continuously.Debbie

I am sure theres a lot of them out there that are good for city water but for well water this is the best and only one that I use after trying others. My local Lowes store ran out of it so I checked on walmart.com and couldnt believe that I could get it shipped to the house and it would actually cost less than buying in person at Lowes. Awesome! We had almost 2 weeks of clouds and rain and started seeing green algae start to form on the bottom and sides of the pool. I used a brush to dislodge it all and then used this. It took 2 days and some additional shock completely get rid of it all but its now crystal clearLeslie

I went on a trip and had flipped the circuit breaker on the pool equipment and forgot to turn it back on. I came home to a green pond. The pool service told me that I would probably have to drain it and start over. By chance, I thought I would try this- nothing to lose. After 12 hours I didn't see much difference but the longer I waited, the more it cleared. It literally saved our pool. Now we have some cleaning and sweeping to do but with the right chemicals and care, our pool will be back to normal. I included a before and after. It's getting better each day.Krisren5894
