    Would not recommend unless you have small feet
    These will not fit a swollen foot. I got xl and they are very small!

    Less pain
    Like the compression foot sleeves, easy to wear under socks and with shoes too. Definitely noticed a difference in my foot pain, subsided quite a bit. I personally do not recommend for sleeping, too constrained for me

    offered some support but it wasn't enough
    got these for my son's plantar fasciitis. he started a job where he's on his feet all day and he's been in a lot of pain. he uses sole inserts but his feet still hurt, so we got these for him to try along with the inserts. he tried these socks for one day and said they didn't help him much because they just don't offer enough pressure. he tried the braces/sleeves though by the same brand and said those have been excellent

    Did not help me at all. I know most people love them but not for me. Copper is out of my vocabulary. Thanks
