    Great for small areas.
    This is a great tool for small areas. It needs a longer handle for bigger jobs. But it's perfect for my 2 small flower beds.

    Good, but be aware of how small/short this is
    It's hard to tell what you're going to get when looking at a photo, even when measurements are provided. With that being said, the head on this tool is small, but still useful. It has a substantial weight which feels sturdy when held. I do like it, without the extension part, for simple tasks when working close to the ground. BUT, don't plan on getting much use out of the extension, it's really just too short (as others have mentioned). I do like that the head is thick and has a good sturdy feel when using. All in all I'd say it's a pretty good, useful garden tool and I would probably buy it again.
