Absolutely stunning!
This is my 3rd live plant purchase from 3 different vendors, with 3 different results. This experience is VERY positive! Despite the shipper having a slight delay, the Palm arrived so well packed that there isn't even a broken needle, much less a full frond! It's substantial, healthy and gorgeous. I thought the price was reasonable for what I got. I'm seriously impressed.

Received Dying Plant
I bought this good looking Sago Palm via Walmart (on 12/20/2020) but very sad to say that the plant arrived with all the leaves curled in(yellowish), looks like dying plant. I know this is very slow growing plant and not sure how long(probably months) I have to keep it like that to see if any new leaves shows up. Have added some pics I took for your look. Haven't changed the pot even, wanted to wait till the plant acclimatize with the new changed environment. I tried contacting Costa Farms via email (support@costaonline.zendesk.com) for their guidance and further steps, but haven't heard any thing from them yet.

    Will definitely order again
    Was a bit nervous ordering a live palm online(in January in Indiana at that) to start with, but it arrived in amazing condition(probably better shape than going to the store since it shipped straight from the nursery). I will definitely keep ordering plants from here—better price and they're extremely healthy. Pic was taken straight out of the box.

    Fantastic tree
    This sago is very awesome. It looks beautiful and arrived in perfect condition. Amazing value for the price. I got the 24"- it looks just like in the pictures, very big and very cool. I have a strong grow light over it since it will not get much sunlight where it is. 0 complaints, I love this tree
