Wasted Mother's Day present :(
The swing was received later than expected. It arrived damaged. One part was bent and would not fit right. I tried to return it and was told that it would have to be returned to COSTWAY. They stated that we would have to pay for the shipping to return it. Of course, it was going to have to go to China which means I would get LESS than half of what I had to pay in the first place. Costway did offer to send me $40 and just keep the faulty swing. I wanted a working swing, it was a gift for Mother's Day. I am writing this on OCTOBER 12th, and I still have not received the part OR my money back. Buyer Beware, the company does not stand behind its own products.

Fabric has already faded. Also, pad to sit on is very thin. When you sit on the swing you can feel the front bar through the padding. Looking for a thicker pad to put on top of the existing swing. Color and size are great.KAREN

2.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser07/29/2022Little people furniture, not for adults.I purchased a swing from my local Walmart 3 years ago and we liked it. However the swing rusted out and I decided I could purchase a replacement from the same company. I chose this swing knowing I would have to assemble it. Putting it together wasn't difficult but in this heat I did take several hours. When finished I discovered that the seat portion of this swing was never intended for normal sized adults. Munchkins would love this swing for the seat ends about 5 inches from where your knees should meet the edge of the seat. I contacted Walmart and asked if I could return it to my local store in Livingston, TX. I told them I would deliver it completely put together and save the next fool a chance to try it first. However Walmart wanted me to disassemble the swing and return it in it's original box. After spending most of the day putting it together I had no intention of spending another day taking it apart. I still have this work of Chinese art if anyone is interested.William

Be prepared for things to be missing, such as end caps and bolts. We ended up digging for some out of our own collection. The color is pretty. I give it that. The shape the box came in and the fact that it arrived a week after other swing i ordered at same time says a lot. The box was wet completely tore open on one end. I have a feeling that someone else had this swing and returned it because there wasnt even plastic on top pc or seat material.Nicole

4.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser12/18/2021good swing, but some disassembly might be requiredIt is a small porch swing, but I can confirm that it can sustain the weight of two heavy people - 550lbs and still function properly. I like this swing, but due to its small size, I can not lay down on it (5'10"). The frame feels weak, but when assembled correctly, it is strong. The instructions sheet is slightly lacking details, so I found myself in "some disassembly required" category, to assemble it correctly. You will need a good wrench to go along with the allen key provided for assembly. I could assembly the frame and swing by myself without any help, but a second pair of eyes would be better to avoid missing steps. The plastic nut covers just fall off, so I didn't use them. This is ideal swing for kids, but I enjoy it as well.Partha
