Very disappointed in the quality of the product. The seating is very low, fit more for a child and not adult. Assembly difficult because holes didnt match up and chair wobbled. Upset that couldnt return to Walmart for a full refund. had to ship back to third party.

    Holes were off
    For the price it is good. It's smaller and fits in my balcony. Not good for a backyard or larger area.. But it came all in pieces to build… many of the holes weren't made properly and the screws weren't going on. It also felt like it wasn't 100% symmetrical. But if still looked good when it was finished

    Sad and disappointed
    We all know outdoor furniture is expensive and we try to find something good at a reasonable price. Had a few different patio sets to choose from and Costway 4pcs patio had good reviews and seems like a good product. When it arrived I noticed the wicker was covering areas where there were holes that needed to be use to assemble the furniture. This made it difficult to put together. After I was done all 4 pieces of furniture were uneven, we sat on them and all felt like we were on a rocking chairs. Thought I might have done something wrong I asked the husband to check them, we unassembled and he put them back together, got the same results. Will be reaching out to Costway to see how they can help us out.

    Decent set
    Some screws didnt line up properly but was an easy fix with a little tug. Cushions are 2 inches thick. The set is smaller then pictured but I expected to be smaller due to the measurements provided. Overall I'm pleased with my purchase and would purchase again

    Overall the furniture is sturdy. The color on the website makes the cushions look like a very light tan but they are more of a medium khaki. Assembly was very difficult. Most of the holes didnt line up correctly or were Not deep enough for the screws provided, so I had to drill and systematically partially undo bolts and try different configurations to get it all together. Bottom of One leg was unraveling so I have to glue, clamp and tape it to fix the leg

    Product wasn't worth the price. The chairs are flimsy, the holes were half drilled not cleaned out and didn't line up properly screws were stripped and product came with defective parts.

    Waste of time and energy
    Very disappointed in this set and my expectations were high. It was extremely hard to assemble, and they sent the wrong screws. I had to go to Lowe's and get more 6x60mm screws just to finish the chairs because the 6x40mm screws didn't fit. And after I fully assembled the set and set it on the patio, someone sat on it and it bent back. I will be requesting a refund. Unless you're staging, this set is a waste of time.
