best purchase ive made worth every penny
oh gosh i love it my cental air unit went downa nd my window air condioner dont put our hardly anything but this keeps my bedroom very cold and even through my hall to my bahtroom cant go wrong with this product

I did everything in the directions that it said to do. I had the AC on for a little while until it was full of water in a short time. I figured it because it may have been humid and it was filling faster until it dried out. I also had 2 other nicer quality units that have the same make and neither ever fill with water. I emptied it twice and then I see water on my floor!I I clean it up. Go in again to find more water( caps closed, it doesn't say it's full yet water is all over the floor. It is a piece of junk!!

    haven't had a chance to test my comfort level on a really hot day. It definitely cools my bedroom. I live in a modest 1 bed apartment, so im curious if it will cool my living area as well. Time will tell

    Easy set up. Nice and cold
    LOVE LOVE LOVE. I got this just before all this crazy heat and humidity hit where I live, which normally isn't humid but this year is crazy. This AC has saved my life having the built in dehumidifier, and gets my room cold af. I have and would recommend it to anyone. I don't really right reviews but this AC is just to good lol.

    Wouldn't repurchase…
    It cools when it runs but shuts off on its own after running for just a short time. When looking at reasons this happens, none of them fit the situation. Have only had a couple of days so very disappointed.

    The product is very good, only the shipping is very bad with a lot of deceit; or they say it will arrive before time after a while that it is late after it is on its way after it already arrives until the nightmare of shipping is finally over.

    Too loud for us
    It was nice and cold. But we got this one because the description says it's so quiet and we NEED it to be quiet. It is NOT quiet. Lol. Imagine being in a hotel room, the loud little individual units in those, that's this noise level. The window vent installation was a bit wonky too. It comes with a heavy duty plastic piece that is far too wide for most home windows. The directions say it may need to be trimmed to fit. How the heck am I going to “trim” heavy duty plastic?! Anyways, if your window are really wide (or you have access to heavy shop equipment) and you don't mind the noise, this unit is probably great for the price. Hence the third star.

    Decent for the price
    It works pretty good. I've never had a portable AC before. I don't think it's the most amazing unit but it gets the job done for my 200-250 sq ft space. Haven't checked the dehumidifier feature yet but I'm hopeful it also works well. No complains yet.
