Great utility for the money, easy setup.
Wow, great AC when you can't use a window unit! The condo association won't turn on the AC for another sweltering month, and this little item came to the rescue. Easy setup, but after plugging it in you have to push the button on the plugin, or it won't work, like for the one person who rated it one star... duh. My one negative comment: why not tell us how much water the condensate tank holds? That would be nice to know since it's supposed to quit working when the tank is full... duh. Oh, and when you unpack it, just cut the tapes at the bottom and slide the box off over the top. I didn't do that, and unpacking was harder than it should have been... duh.

Very bad design of the sealplate. It was supposed to fit windows between 26.5-49.5 My window is 32 inches and because of the design the hose attachment could not fit into the hole. Had to return it.

    Great buy
    Very good unit, very similar to other portable ac units. No issues easy to use.. only complaint and it's an issue with all units. The ducting connection could be better, very difficult for anyone to get the duct into the connection pieces

    Works well!
    Works like a charm! Don't forget to clean the side filters. I thought it was not functioning as well after a few weeks/month of use but it was due to dirty filters. As soon as I cleaned them off it was working perfect again.

    These do not work properly. set at the lowest setting it is not cooling my bedroom off more than a few degrees. im very disappointed. They were difficult to install bc they dont fit properly into the window. We had to cut a piece of wood and tape the heck out of it to fit it in the window just for it not to work. $299 a piece is extortion! dont buy these units.

    Practicing gratitude even though not 100% happy
    I bought this two months ago as I'm working from home now. I set it up today and it's loud. Had to turn off during a zoom call. Also I bought because is said dehumidifier but it doesn't explain how that works in the manual. I also didn't realize that I'd have to empty water which is not a bucket you can manually remove but have to move the unit which is challenging since I only have a kitchen sink to dispose of water so I'll have to figure something else out.

    very loud!
    The machine seems to work well but is to loud. I unfortunately need to have it in my bedroom but the noise is disruptive. I'll be returning it and spending more money on another unit, not as loud.

    Excellent for smaller rooms
    This is great for a bedroom .Could also be used to help your central air out during super hot days. Our central air conditioner is out waiting on parts so it has been a great little unit for our bedroom

    Disappointed!
    In all the photos of portable air conditioners shows that they need to be vented except this one. No where does it say it needs venting. That is the reason I purchased this one. I was very disappointed that it needed venting. I am disappointed with Walmart online ordering.
