    The bottom broke and now can't use it. I'm 66 yrs. Old and like the chair for reading. Didn't last me 5 months. I'm so disappointed.

    Crap chair do not buy
    The chair base broke within 11 days, you can tell its a refurb by the way the weld was redone on the round support beam. I want a refund

    Broken chair base
    I only had this chair for 30 days when 2 of the 3 metal bars which make up the base of the chair broke as I was sitting in the chair. I fell out of the chair and almost hit my head on my night stand. The chair was comfortable and the foot stool was great but I would not recommend this chair to anyone due to safety issues.

    Cheaply made and broke within less than a month
    I bought this char on 05-04-22 and this evening on 06--2-22 the base of the chair broke.

    Overall, not bad for the money.
    I liked the price! Compared to a Fjord's which cost over $1,000! Bottom seat could have more cushion/thicker padding. The instructions on how to assemble were just diagrams, no written directions, which would've helped.

    Not a WOW chair....but OK
    It is a decent chair. It is comfortable...has adequate cushioning. The back is not tall enough to rest your head unless it is reclined back a bit. Im not sure why I thought this was a messaging chair...it does come with a detached pillow that messages...not what I thought I was getting. No heat either. I do not expect it to last long as it is not high quality, but it is good enough for now. Ok for the price.
