Needs a lot of tweaking
I bought two of these for my grandchildren and they enthusiastically TRIED to play with them. First, the boards do not "click" into place so there was constant movement within the frame. Secondly, the dry erase crayons do not clean off the board easily (it took adults some serious scrubbing with the small enclosed cloth). Third, when using the crayons, small shreds of waxy material end up everywhere- on the floor, clothes and hands. Lastly, the lighting feature is only minimally useful...children had to go into a dark closet to get any effect. Hugely disappointing product!

5.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser01/05/2014Grandson loves this Light-up BoardMy grandson loves to use our wall dry erasable board in our kitchen. So, I thought he would love this dry erase board. He loves it. He uses both sides, but he especially likes the black side because of the lights. Great purchase. Only suggest that you buy extra dry erase crayons for backup.MZgran

3.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser01/02/2014Glad I didn't pay retail price!I bought 2 Crayola Dry Erase Light-Up Boards at less than half price for my sons, who desperately wanted them for Christmas. In my opinion, they are extremely overpriced at full retail, and barely worth what I paid for them. The board wobbles instead of sitting securely in the frame. The included crayons are very difficult to erase with the cloth provided, so we use baby wipes instead. Unfortunately, that tends to make quite a mess, because the crayons then smear everywhere. The light doesn't illuminate the drawings quite like i hoped it would- the pictures aren't nearly as vibrant as the box shows, but instead, have kind of a purplish, fluorescent glow.Kwb02

4.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser12/26/2013Kids love itI like the product and it seems good. I just wish they had made the tracks for the boards to slide into with less wiggle room. It just seems like the boards move more than I would like. The kids love it though. Dry erase crayon is not the easiest for the kids to get off but it does come off.Jennuine

1.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser12/18/2013JunkI wouldn't recommend this product for anyone. I assumed it would be of good quality and fun since it was made by Crayola. That was not the case. The frame that holds the board is very flimsy and much smaller than the box. Plus the product itself is poor quality. The dry erase crayons are hard to erase for an adult and impossible for a 5 year old. The "light up" board really doesn't light up very well either. I returned it the day after my daughter's birthday party.ndsassymomof4
